Don’t use the mobile app. Almost every time it’s not faster but actually slower. They’ll have you pull up and wait for a couple of breakfast biscuits while five cars come and go through the drive through.

DO NOT BUY A 30 PIECE GRILLED CHICKEN NUGGETS. Absolute waste of money. $22 and some change for so called "nuggets." There was 4 actual "nuggets" out of 30. The rest were tiny, tiny pieces of what I guess was chicken.I wish I would have counted because there was not 30. I guess they call pieces of chicken scraps nuggets? Maybe a 1/3 of an actual nugget. Which made them so dry and overcooked that they were barely edible.I haven't ever given a bad review but this was ridiculous. I hope this let's me upload photos.On another note, the customer service and staff were all pleasant and friendly as always. Reach out to me Chick-fil-A and I'll gladly share the photos.What a disappointment because I love you guys.Won't be returning any time soon.Ab

Rush rush rush they are in such a rush at the Chick Fila on North Tarrant Parkway they dont give you customer service and they dont pay attention and get your order wrong. No one ask if you want sauces. They are to busy gabbing to each other. Worst meal every and I had to wait to get it because they said my chicken wasn't cooked yet? But my chicken was cold and tasted like it had been sitting awhile. Worst Chick-fil-A

Fastest drive-thru service in the area. Very efficient ordering system in place which fly you through the line. As far as I can recall, they've never messed up my order. Which I can't say for some other fast food establishments.

Please KILL the mobile drive thru.20 cars in drive thru and 0 cars in mobile.Ridiculous Corporate tries to force you to use the app. Waste of a perfectly good drive thru lane.

It feels like I'm rolling a set of rounded dice every time I visit. Sometimes, they get my orders right and the service is great. But other times, they get my order wrong or are rather slow to the uptake.Most recently, I took advantage of a free chicken sandwich offer from the mobile app and ordered it with a unbuttered bun. When I got home with it, it didn't have ANY bun... it felt like some kind of sick prank. Thankfully they had it remade with a bun after I came back. But that's a full hour I had to spend with a empty stomach when it could have been sated earlier without this issue.

Experienced highly rude customer service when I called to report that my salad, listed with balsamic vinegar on the receipt, was missing it. Instead of addressing the issue, they suggested I needed to return back for my balsamic vinaigrette dressing . Frustrated as this is the second time it happened, and the customer service, particularly Matt, was rude.

What is the point of a mobile thru app if you have to pull past the drive-thru just to park? 90 percent of the time I utilize all available options without fail I will wait. If you like waiting in lines this is the place. I have enough time to write the review while I wait for someone to walk out my meal. Great job with customer service.
