If you haven’t visited the chick fil a on rufe snow it’s a must! The table service there is phenomenal! We had a wonderful hostess named Natasha w., our drinks were full, she was more than kind, really one of the best customer service we’ve had. 10 out of 10 would come again.

Missing food from my order, called and manager said it's is credited to my name. Exactly what I was missing? Maybe that's normal for chick fil a but it seems odd. I have to drive back 20 minutes to get the replacement food for my kids to eat. I've never seen a business put all the ownership of ITS mistake on the customer. I will go elsewhere from now on

Need the playground back. That's what made chickfila a family place. Don't like most are starting to build with no playgrounds. I'll drive further to one that has a playground. Very sad!

Don't bother ordering for pickup because they wont make your order until you get there so you will wait 20 minutes either way. You also won't get any utensils or napkins.

I ordered on drive thru and got 20+ nuggets and 5 drinks, they didn’t give me no sauce for the nuggets, no straws no napkins and I still had to go inside to get it. And even that I just got 2!!! Straws. And most of the employees just standing around chatting!! There’s a drive thru for a reason, so we don’t have to go inside. Please fix your service!

This Chick-fil-A is one of my family's favorite intentions, they always treat us with kindness and quickly at any time of the day, the place is always very clean, the staff is always willing to help, I like that they interact with us the consumers, the bathrooms are very good and we always find a clean and tidy table, sometimes there are workers who come and ask if we need something until our table and they pamper us, the food is always fresh and of good quality 5🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟!! 👻👻👻 October 11, 2024👻👻👻!!!

I ordered the 8 ct chick-fil-a nuggets w/ polynesian sauce. I’ve ordered nuggets from multiple chick-fil-a locations over the years, and these were by far the best. The drive-thru was clean and service was fast. I believe this chick-fil-a location relocated to the same area but closer to the freeway.
