I’m sorry, but why is my food always old. Do y’all reheat food from the day before? My okra is chewy and everyone knows chicken express okra has a crunch. Please hire a new staff.

My husband picked up 2 orders of the fish snack pack. The fish was HARD and COLD and very small pieces. It was probably left over from the day before. It was very bad and this is sad because it has not been this way in the past. Next time he will go in and inspect the order before we take it home just a few blocks away.

Normally we love this place but today you know I was I saved some of my food and I was going back through eating and I found a loose fingernail in my food. I'm just saying this so that somebody can pay attention to this and I would prefer they start wearing gloves.

I rarely eat there anymore but had a craving for livers....for the first time ever I pulled up and ordered and they had them ready...no wait for fresh ones and these were fresh....the young man that worked the drive through was wonderful too.

The chicken tenders was fresh and everything tasted great. Coleslaw was good and so was the gravy.
We called asking if we need to order in advance for a 100 piece tender for an event. On the phone, they said we can order there and now and not in advance because we need to pay for it on the spot. So we come to this location and went to order. The cashier went to ask her manager about it and the manager lady automatically gave us attitude, yelling back "Yeah you have to order that 2 days in advance." I told her what I was told and she said "Fine whatever, do the hell you want." This kind of treatment is probably the reason why y'all have a 3.6 review because this isn't how you treat your customers.

I ordered an 8 pieces family because anything else you sit and wait. I was told at the window it wouldn't have wings because you were out. I said fine. After waiting at the window (with other cars driving around me) I get the order . You charged me extra for the pieces YOU chose to replace the missing wings with! I NEVER CONSENTED TO THE EXTRA CHARGE. You failed to complete my order then actually charged me for your supply chain failure. I couldn't tell you how it tasted because I pitched it on the table and went to bed.

I grab lunch here at least 1-2 per month in the drive thru and for quite while now it's been the same gentleman taking the order and the money at the window. This guy is pretty much the nicest man on the planet. He has the biggest smile and seems so sincere and I'm just grateful for the experience every time.

On my way to work I got a "7" piece strip dinner with mashed potatoes and okra. My food is colder than my drink. I called and Jenny didnt appoligize she stated only way we can exchange it is if you bring it back. Hello I said I was at work. I was treated like I wanted free food i dont even want the food I paid 20 dollars for so why would I want free food. If you want burnt okra and cold food go to Davis Blvd North Richland hills you will get it with a side of rude. Two strips were chicken nugget size I dont see an option to post pics or I would horrible. Its funny and sad how they respond to the positve reviews and not the others. Next time ill buy a TV dinner and save 18 dollars at least the greese on it will be hot.
