Chipotle Mexican Grill

I've continued to patron Chipotle through struggles, some of my own frustrations too, but today felt final. Of the not proportionate meat to other fillers I bought, 1/3 of it was straight fat. I took a picture of it. Despite feeling disappointed in the first place, I then felt ripped off, but also for some reason didn't enjoy my meal per normal. Won't be back although I've stood by the brand. Hope u guys can improve, but i won't be there anymore.

So if you want a quesadilla apparently you can only order it online. Not at the counter. Makes zero sense.

Had a terrible experience at Chipotle. The employee was rude, dismissive, and rushed my order without listening. When I asked for a small fix, they rolled their eyes. Customer service was awful—won’t be coming back.

Came in at 10:40 still 20 minutes until closing, They lied and said they do not have cheese which makes zero sense for a Mexican restaurant…. Ignore me for like 2 minutes when I first walked in and acted as if I didn’t exist until I spoke up to the guy who was talking to his coworker 20 minutes before the store closes, the guy who was making my bowl had a horrible attitude I don’t know if he’s sane or what and just looked like he hated his job this store needs new management and better employees never coming to this shitty location again!!!!

This place has gone way down hill. Everyone looks miserable. There’s 3 people waiting for a mobile order and only 2 people in line. 5 workers in sight. The big guy is rude as hell, talking AT people and rolling his eyes. They all look like they hate each other. Maybe this is why I don’t come to this location anymore. Major problems. Can’t tell who’s in charge and honestly I’m not going to ask. They know there’s an issue I don’t have to bring it to anyone’s attention. I’ll laugh this off and not come back. Just be pleasant.
**order was estimated to be ready at 7:17, still waiting 20 min later. Big guy frappes the trash can with his glove on, and proceeded to change out food. Never changed his glove. The insanity here is outrageous

I recently started liking chipotle and when I come I’m always craving it. But at this location is just hella stingy with the proportions I come out with a bowl that comes out looking half eaten already, not to mention when I come here at 8-9 it’s the same man who serves me, who always have the same attitude. If I knew what his name was I would say it on here I’m very disappointed at the fact that they would allow this and very sad that I have to ask for extra when they shouldn’t be stingy about this at all. Got me in a very bad mood when I was craving about this.

The girl making my burrito just slapped it together so fast with no consistency or care in the world for my burrito. She seamed like she was in a very bad mood and I’m sorry but it was a total half ass job.

Very rarely do i eat chipotle but had a taste for it. The server gave me the smallest amount of meat and then proceeded to give me the scraps of cheese and meat instead of getting a new pan. Customer service was trash facility looked dirty. Wish i could give it a -10.
