Last night at about 9 pm, I entered this Rufe Snow location, ordered a burrito. The burrito ultimately ended up being smaller than what my hunger was expecting. I walked to my car then back inside for a refund. Once I asked for a refund I was challenged by a weird faced guy- my receipt says Jordan, I’m not sure. I was told that he does not owe me a refund because I saw it being made? I was asked if I was 5? Wow! I’ve never ever had an issue when requesting a refund from any fast food especially when giving the product back. Chipotle? No thanks. Fire Jordan

Well coming here to eat even if it was a for a little bit The service was mediocre as the staff go back and forth wearing the same gloves while handling register touching screens handling counter and going back and forth to the soda station multiple times without changing the gloves, unfortunately this is kind of a turn off when it comes to eating at a restaurant, The staff is in very much of a hurry to get you in and out of the restaurant as far as customer service they are not very welcoming or into telling anybody goodbye this was disappointing as they have the staff for it but no one is trained for it hopefully they can do better in the future with this as you know you want customers to feel welcome when coming into a restaurant you want it to feel like home almost.

My honest review as I only ordered chips and queso there's quite a few things that could be done differently and hopefully they will look at this and do it for the future and act like they care about everything going on in the restaurant rather than just trying to get out and not providing the best possible experience in customer service that should be.

Food quantity is the worst I have ever seen from chipotle, and that’s saying a lot. Double meat bowl with extra lettuce. I got it as a pick up order, didn’t check it until I went to eat it after I got to my destination. Every other chipotle in the metro, this bowl would be full, didn’t even get half a bowl and obviously single meat serving when I paid for double. To charge $16 for a kids sized serving is crazy work!

It’s Chipotle… only thing I didn’t like when one of the employees from Chipotle were cleaning the tables next to me with spray bottle it got over my chips 🙃 I looked at her like out of all of the dirty tables in here, you’re going to spray right next to mine on my chips..
