Terrible experience. Messed up online order. They forgot one meal, large chips, and one order I did get wasn’t correct. Come in to get my order that was missing and they worker talks to me and I try to tell her the issue. Her response” I am off the clock.” Get my meal that I am not happy with. They are playing around at this location.

Don’t order online at this location. My order was supposed to be ready at 5:50pm. I waited next to the pickup area and around 6:00pm asked how much longer I should expect to wait. Especially given they were not very busy and the line was short. They just told me to keep waiting next to the pickup area. After 5 more minutes, realized I should have just waited in line since I would have already had my food 10 min ago at this point. Asked again, and was told the same thing again so I waited in line at this pointto order with everyone else walking in. Prior to ordering, i explained the situation that we’ve been waiting more than 20 min at this point for our order so we would just order now since it’s still not ready and no one is working on it. I watched as the worker was told that she gave me too many fajita veggies and they removed some and threw it away. At the register, I again explained the situation and she turned around and grabbed my order that had apparently been ready before I even walked in. This was the same worker I had asked a couple of times earlier. There was no apology. She tried to give me the food that had been sitting out about 30 min at this point so I asked if I could just have the fresh order that was just prepared. She seemed annoyed with me and just pushed my food forward without saying anything and walked away. Waited all this time and the quality of the food was subpar from other Chipotles I have eaten at. Oh also there was no toilet paper in the women’s restroom. 0/10 recommend.

One of my favorite places for take-out, but food quality continues to drop. I ordered a veggie bowl. Brown rice was undercooked (hard), black beans were undercooked (hard) and food temperature was lukewarm at best. Can I point out that undercooked black beans are not only NOT fun to eat, but also dangerous? (search the internets if you don't know why) I wish I got more enjoyment out of my $10 meal, but it appears most of it will go in the trash.

I remember going here one night around 7pm on a weekday & they were completely closed with no signs on the doors, multiple cars pulling in to order but had to leave due to not being open with no explanation. Decided to give them another chance. This place is seriously going more & more downhill.. I came in for a to-go order. Asked for steak, barely puts a scoop on so I ask for a little extra & literally puts two more piece of small steak. Has the audacity to charge me for it. Everything seemed so rushed, each line person only asked “What else? What else? What else?” Totally unenthusiastic, poor customer service through & through. When I got home, shook my bowl & started in, I FOUND A LONG BLACK PIECE OF HAIR!!! Disgusted. Will not be going back to this location after multiple chances. I’m not even bothered to go back & complain, seriously not worth any more visits. Way over priced for what I received. Poor, poor, poor.

This location is always very quick in regards to customer service and accommodating the customer seems to be a priority. The wait in line is super short even when it's rush time. The dining area is generally clean but it could probably use a little more attention on sweeping up under the tables and the soda fountain area is a high traffic spot. However, the associates come through to give everything a once over every few minutes... I mean, what more could they do? **** Also the younger girl who works the end of the line is super cool ?. ***Parking: The parking lot is right off the highway with a TON of movement. Spots are all full during busy times, so come early or expect a wait or to walk from the next door business. Be aware this area overall is very windy so the walk kind of sucks.

Shrink-flation has finally hit this NRH location. They upcharge at lunch; dinner is cheaper. They will give you the bits of protein left at the bottom without even cooking another batch just to move you along (there was no one behind me). I counted 12 bites of chicken in the total bowl. Chipotle has changed. Get better food elsewhere.

I ordered delivery. The Carne Asada was maybe a 5.2/10 :( not worth $15… $12 for sure! The rice is amazing as always and the chips are heavenly. I’ll stick to chicken.

When an employee leaves a restroom you walking paper towels on floor and no toilet paper and they do not return to fix the problem.6.03 pm it is 6 28 and still no one cane sorry inexcusable
