The rice had been absolutely, completely, 0% flavored for the past few months. It’s almost inedible.

We walked into the chipotle and it is filthy the trash was over flowing and trash is on the floor and tables and rap music is blaring in the restaurant. Someone takes the person in front of us order and then walks away while we wait for someone to come assist us while the other guy keeps coming and going fiddling with other things in the line. We had to wait for rice and we were being rushed through the line with half scoops of food. We order and sit down at what is barley a clean table and let’s not forget most of the sodas are flat and there were no agua frescas it becomes 8:45 and they are dumping the tea out and when we asked if there was more they said no and we couldn’t get more because they have to clean everything even though it was only 8:45 and they don’t close until 10p.m. As stated on their door I would understand if it was 9:30-9:45 I find this very frustrating and very disappointing I would not and WILL not be recommending anybody eat here.

The place was very dirty. The food tasted a little old. The food servicing area was a mess. The fountain drink area had trash and debris all around. Every table in the restaurant was dirty. Also seeing an employee walking by the fountain drink area they picked up covers For drinks unknown if they were trash or clean and put them back in the dispenser for customers to use trash cans, overflowing. Not good all around, I also saw 2 customers walk in then walk out, I should’ve done the same.
Just an update, got an Email to send my concerns to Chipotle's It turned out to be a dead end and not able to report. I now look at the reviews and see there are others with the same issues.
Poor management, poor service, dirty location,. Does not put enough food even in the veggie bowl with no meat. Returned my bowl and they didn’t even offer to fix the problem. I will not be going back here! $12 for rice beans and cheese is ridiculous!! I hope it shuts down!

it seems like every time I come here the rice is hard and the staff seem to can’t not hear and the staff was closing early

The employees dump way too much liquid into bowls—stop and let it drain. The grill, counters, make table, and kitchen floor are dirty—have been on several visits. Interaction with staff was positive, but they are obviously not made to clean between the rushes.

I would give negative ratings if possible… there was only 1 more guy behind me so it wasn’t crowded… the guy who was serving me was having AirPod, had rude tone… while asking for Fajitas his expression was pissed off , he didn’t gave me green salsa even I asked for and left the bowl for billing guy for payment and started picking another order. Also the order I had had brown rice, but I can notice it has stale rice which was hard to chew…

They keep forgetting stuff on my order. This time it was chips, chips aren't a big deal but this is like the 4th time they've forgotten something. I'll keep ordering from here because we live so dam close.

Wasn't impressed with the food

Honestly, free birds is better.
Parking: It would be nice to draw attention to the entrance, so if you don't know the place . You know where to go .
Park between Kroger's and Chipotle , facing east and that will be the correct entrance to go in ..

We ordered pickup through the app for our family of four today. They didn't give us a guacamole that we paid for, and all of the bags of chips we received were crunched into little pieces. My quesadilla container was also put into the bag on its side and the salsa juice spilled out on everything. The food quality and quantity have gone steadily downhill the last couple of years. They offer a BS AI customer service that applied a free chips and guacamole in future with no option for a refund for the guacamole we didn't receive. There's no oversight or accountability, and after years of being a customer I'm deleting the app and my family will not return.

The food was not cooked well, it was extremely salty, and they gave us stale tortilla chips that we had to take back and get need ones. Also the employees were arguing about who should be doing what and so we ended up waiting almost 10 minutes to order and we were second in line. Additionally there was a portable speaker hung above the food blaring music making it hard for the lady taking my order to hear me causing me to have to speak extremely loud. Overall I won't be going back to this chipotle and will drive farther to another location if I want it. I would not recommend anyone eat here in the state it's currently in.
