Overall it was great.
But then..... Crying and upset out of ages 3-6
Because they had to have socks bought before entering the bounce house area or slides.
Which is very rude and a emotional upset for children for no reason.
Long story short that was ter

On the smaller side when it comes to other locations but everyone here is always super helpful and sweet. We come here often since we are gold members. We wish there were more games!

My child Really wanted to go on the trampolines and they won’t let them and we had to pay 12$ to buy Socks to jump and they kept going on and the staff kicked them out of that area my kids did not have fun after that and they said a security Guard came out told them “ Y’all gotta leave this area right now or else we’ll kick yall out.” But other wise it was good the games works DONT go here.

Kids love it! We bought a silver pass and the only fear I have, is how NOT busy it was. I'm worried this location may shut down like so many others.

That being said, it is a great location! It's always clean, most of the games/machines work (only one out this last time) and there is plenty of staff.

We ordered food, it was wrong. They were supposed to remake it, but apparently the manager didn't inform the rest of the staff. We finally got it and had to leave immediately. So, the kids were fussy and we were ready to leave, too.

Honestly, for a kids' place, it's nice, clean, and great overall! I'm happy we bought the pass and REALLY hope this CEC survives.

I would never recommend this location to ANYONE.
First off customer service was terrible as soon as we walked through the door, they let our party in without any stamps and the young man at the door gave my sister the dirtiest look ever. Customer service at the register sickening. The lady not only yelled at my two children who we’ve patiently waited in line for over 18 minutes, but was very unpleasant not a single smile or smirk was cranky and ticked off The whole time she gave us no direction on prices or packages didn’t give us any information. All she gave us was a couple of deep breaths like she didn’t want to be there anymore. I spent over $200 for one hour and eight minutes (after waiting in line for over 20 minutes with multiple people cutting in front of us. ) 60$ of that was for 2 pizzas. Also they never acknowledged us waiting for the pizza they placed it on the rack and forgot to buzz us so I had to serve my own party…… My sons 6th birthday and this is how it went…. I’m completely appalled at the way we got treated with the amount of money that we spent for one hour of play.
FYI - we asked a worker if we could get the salad bar, got told yes and within seconds the rude witch came up to my sister and 97 year old mom and said “ either pay $12.50 for the salad or throw it away” I’m baffled we paid for 4 salads x$12.50 just for them to go to the salad bar and close it up a few short minutes later… I will never be back and I sure hope you go to a different location because this was completely waist and such a disappointment. Definitely not a place to enjoy with your kids anymore..

Its Chuck E Cheese. It's definitely different from when I was a kid but some things are better. The pizza is actually really good. 10/10 would reccomend, even if it's pricey. Every time we are here there are always a couple of games broken. The clown jug game is our toddlers favorite and is broken half the time or the sensor doesn't sense the ball has gone in. I do like that every game is one credit. There is no guessing how many games you can play with your credits.

Now the jumping area and obstacle course is a new and awesome addition. It gives kids a game break plus an area to run around and get some of the extra energy out. Please note you need non slip socks for this, and of course they sell them.

Service is spotty when we go. Many times we have to hunt for someone to help.

We will continue to come here because it's a great indoor activity when it's 100 degrees outside.

Very crowded , 1/4 the games were out of order and still ate your points without having signs not to use games. Terrible prize selection. Overall one of the worse locations I've been to.

I took my grandsons to Chuck E Cheese to play. We arrived right when they opened. This facility was one of the cleaner locations that I’ve visited. Workers were polite and friendly.
