Domino's Pizza

Consistently inaccurate order carryout times. Multiple times I'll walk in to pickup my order, to which then they'll start making it about 20 minutes after ordering. No employee cares, as other customers have been seen expressing the same concerns.

I don’t order from Domino’s very often, but this location was great. They were slammed with orders and the entire staff were doing everything they could to make each order great. Can’t ask for much more.

I went to this Dominos instead of my usual one because they usually put a lot more cheese on it than I’d like. For my order I must’ve accidentally clicked the “add beef” option on accident, so when I got my pizza I apologized and asked for a remake. The two people working there were understanding and they remade my pizza without any extra charge, and it was super fast! Definitely will be coming here again

About as good as a Dominos location gets. Orders are always ready in a reasonable time and are made as per our expectations.

This place’s “Domino’s tracker” is never correct during busy times.

When picking up it often shows as “Ready” on the app and on in-store monitors even though it’s “still in the oven and will be a few more minutes before it comes out.”

Food is what you’d expect from a Dominos

This Dominos location is the only one worthy of a review...most just suck. This one at least tries to do a good job with quality, quantity and customer service at order pick-up.

Quite frankly, I am so disappointed on what I got. My food smells like expired cheese. It taste sour. I don’t know if they need to change their cheese or something, but then a bug came crawling out of my wings box.

Pizza doe left out on counter instead of refrigerator causing pizza to have a flat crust and was shaped closer to a football instead of a round circle (Health Code Violation). When I confronted Asst MGR. (Leprechaun with glasses) he acted like there was nothing wrong. I asked for the store managers # or someone higher up he gave me a non working # which I called on speaker phone he then started telling at me to leave because I wanted a refund with a receipt and he started yelling profanity words and saying he was going to call to police. I called his bluff and told him to call because him and 2 of his employees were high as hell. So high he couldn't close a damn pizza box lid or shape a round pizza. I decided to leave because all four employees came to the front and made it me against them aka (Domino's) I will never return to that Domino's location

I don't usually write reviews but this location was super disappointing. The pizza was dry and poorly made. The other Dominoes off of John McCain and 26 is worth the extra drive time.

didn’t receive food until almost 1.5 hours after ordering. tried calling the location multiple times with no answer, had me on hold for many minutes. food came lukewarm and i am missing all 4 dips i ordered.

edit: ordered 2 large pizzas and received 2 medium. do not order from here

Delivery took an hour after I recieved the message the the driver left. I called 45 min in because the tracker said delivered .... and I recieved an "I'm sorry emalil" from domonios 10 min after the driver left. He must have gotten the canceled order as he pulled up .... did not deliver. Not that I would eat chicken and pizza that's been in the back of a car for an hour. The employee seemed bothered by my call with zero urgency or care.

Last weekend, I placed an order for 4 pizzas and then an additional 2 pizzas for pickup. I went into the store to pick up my order and there was only one guy in the store. He saw me waiting and ignored me. He continued to do whatever it was that he was doing in the back and so I called out to him. Again, I was ignored. He finally made his way to the front and I greeted him but he said nothing in return. Absolutely no words was exchanged. How unprofessional. He gave me my pizzas and off he went. I didn't even get a chance to ask for pepper or cheese packets. Maybe hire people with actual people skills and not individuals who will hate their job. I can't recommend this place at all.

On 10/29 I placed an order for 4 pizzas to be delivered at 5:15 PM on 10/31. At 5:30 PM on 10/31, I called to find out where my delivery was. I was told that it would get there at some point and they were really busy. I asked him to let me know when they would arrive. He said “hold on one second” and never came back. I called again. I asked when my pizza would be arriving and again was told to “hold on one second” and the person never came back. I called again. This time I was told that it would be an hour and a half before I got my pizza (that I had ordered 2 days ago to be delivered at 5:15 PM). I asked if we could just come get it. And he said, “I guess, hold on one second” and never came back. I called one final time and cancelled my order and we had to go out and get pizza. I had guests over, including six 9 year olds who didn’t have anything to eat.

No one at this site cared at all. I had placed my order 2 days before because I knew they would be busy. But there seems to be no idea of management there. The first 3 people I spoke to were horrible.
