Domino's Pizza

Pizza doe left out on counter instead of refrigerator causing pizza to have a flat crust and was shaped closer to a football instead of a round circle (Health Code Violation). When I confronted Asst MGR. (Leprechaun with glasses) he acted like there was nothing wrong. I asked for the store managers # or someone higher up he gave me a non working # which I called on speaker phone he then started telling at me to leave because I wanted a refund with a receipt and he started yelling profanity words and saying he was going to call to police. I called his bluff and told him to call because him and 2 of his employees were high as hell. So high he couldn't close a damn pizza box lid or shape a round pizza. I decided to leave because all four employees came to the front and made it me against them aka (Domino's) I will never return to that Domino's location

I don't usually write reviews but this location was super disappointing. The pizza was dry and poorly made. The other Dominoes off of John McCain and 26 is worth the extra drive time.

didn’t receive food until almost 1.5 hours after ordering. tried calling the location multiple times with no answer, had me on hold for many minutes. food came lukewarm and i am missing all 4 dips i ordered.

edit: ordered 2 large pizzas and received 2 medium. do not order from here

Delivery took an hour after I recieved the message the the driver left. I called 45 min in because the tracker said delivered .... and I recieved an "I'm sorry emalil" from domonios 10 min after the driver left. He must have gotten the canceled order as he pulled up .... did not deliver. Not that I would eat chicken and pizza that's been in the back of a car for an hour. The employee seemed bothered by my call with zero urgency or care.

Last weekend, I placed an order for 4 pizzas and then an additional 2 pizzas for pickup. I went into the store to pick up my order and there was only one guy in the store. He saw me waiting and ignored me. He continued to do whatever it was that he was doing in the back and so I called out to him. Again, I was ignored. He finally made his way to the front and I greeted him but he said nothing in return. Absolutely no words was exchanged. How unprofessional. He gave me my pizzas and off he went. I didn't even get a chance to ask for pepper or cheese packets. Maybe hire people with actual people skills and not individuals who will hate their job. I can't recommend this place at all.

On 10/29 I placed an order for 4 pizzas to be delivered at 5:15 PM on 10/31. At 5:30 PM on 10/31, I called to find out where my delivery was. I was told that it would get there at some point and they were really busy. I asked him to let me know when they would arrive. He said “hold on one second” and never came back. I called again. I asked when my pizza would be arriving and again was told to “hold on one second” and the person never came back. I called again. This time I was told that it would be an hour and a half before I got my pizza (that I had ordered 2 days ago to be delivered at 5:15 PM). I asked if we could just come get it. And he said, “I guess, hold on one second” and never came back. I called one final time and cancelled my order and we had to go out and get pizza. I had guests over, including six 9 year olds who didn’t have anything to eat.

No one at this site cared at all. I had placed my order 2 days before because I knew they would be busy. But there seems to be no idea of management there. The first 3 people I spoke to were horrible.

Came to pick up pizza said they messed up on order and one is ready other one going in oven and will have to wait again. Not good service at this point refund me for the order they messed up on but they didn’t even care and expected me to wait. Worse service ever. Can’t even take orders over phone.

UPDATE: Dominos sent me some pizza coupons - I appreciate the gesture.

Short story: 19 pizzas ordered (the day before) for a party never arrived, and the manager said "Lady, I don't know what you want me to do, call Pizza Hut." after failing to deliver on time, then upon his next promised time.

RANT: 19 pizzas (cheese and pepperoni, not complicated) ordered on Friday (online) for a Saturday party. Expected arrival time was 12:15pm. At 12, the app showed the pizzas had been in prep stage since 11:45 and should arrive in 10-16 minutes. At 12:30, I called to find out the status-- I was told "Oh. We got busy." I asked if we could pick them up and found out they hadn't been made yet. I asked for a manager, and I pointed out that my order had been placed the day before and should've been put ahead of the other orders and was told "Okay.". I asked when I could expect the pizzas, and I was told "30 minutes" (which is 1pm, 45 minutes after expected time).

20 minutes later, the app still showed the same status, so I called back to make sure they were arriving in 10 minutes. They still hadn't been made. I was told "Oh. I guess we are busy or something." The manager said "There's a chance they will come at 1:45". I asked the manager for his name, he refused to give it. I asked for the GM's name, he refused to give it.

I asked how he was planning on remedying the situation, and he said "I'll cancel your order." I said "That's not good enough, I've got 80 people here", and he said "Okay, fine, I'll cancel the order, AND I'll refund your money then." (*I think my brain actually exploded here, was this not intended when he initially wanted to cancel the order!?*)

I said "Well, obviously I would not pay for pizzas that I have not received, ANDI have a whole party here, can we come pick up pizzas? Why are we not being pushed to the front of the line?!" and he said .............. "Lady, I don't know what to tell you. Call Pizza Hut." and hung up on me.

A while later, we received an email that Dominos had cancelled our order.

Absurd how awful this location is. Ordered from multiple times recently and keeps getting worse. Told 30 minutes for delivery, takes over an hour and a half. Pizza is cold, typically undercooked and awful when it gets to you. Low brow. Doesn’t matter because it’s a dominos in the suburbs. Jets right next to you it is way better for chain Za. But the good stuff will even get to you quicker than this dominos location.

They are always fast and the pizza and dessert are delicious! No complaints here.

I ordered a pizza last night at 9:30 PM. It was being prepped on the tracker for more than an hour, then it was in the quality check portion for over an hour as well. This order was meant for delivery, at around 11:30 PM i drove to the location 5 mins from where it was supposed to be delivered & the workers told me it was on track to be delivered right now. I could not pick up the pizza because a driver had it in their car. I asked for a refund & got one but the order was cancelled. Usually when you get a refund, you are still supposed to get your food. It never showed up. Also, the phones were ringing non stop in this establishment the entire time I was in there & not once did they even try to reach for the phone.

Worst food experience I have ever had in my life. I won’t be eating Domino’s ever again. This location is possibly the worst food establishment I have ever seen & the workers are complete idiots. I cannot believe this Domino’s is still open. Good luck to the workers ever having successful jobs. If they keep this rate up they will be terrible at every job they ever have.

The service in this store is the worst I experienced with Domino’s in my life. I called after 1 hour of ordering the pizza (and tracker saying out of the oven) to the manger tell me that they didn’t even started with my order and that it would take at least another hour to get my order.

Probably the worst Domino’s I’ve ordered from. I ordered my pizza around 8:45 pm, and I’m sitting here and hour and 10 minutes after… still no food. Never ordering from this location again.

Heard some bad reviews so decided to grab a cheesy bread for lunch. On time hot and delicious no problems. Maybe cause it was during lunch but none the less definitely coming back. At least for lunch then.

I ordered a pizza for carry out, and I loved it! Nothing like a pepperoni pizza for me and my boys.
