I come here often. I order the same thing every time. Medium chai tea latte with ice. I received my drink loaded with ice and after two sips it was half gone. It also was extremely light and tastes like milk. I circled back around and asked if they could remake the drink. She stared at my drink I literally just bought and rolled her eyes as she rudely showed me how she measures drinks. I asked her why she rolled her eyes at the cup I was holding. “Because you drank your drink.” Yes, I took two sips of it and decided to turn around and ask for the drink to be remade because it tastes like milk and it’s loaded with ice. If I take two more sips there will be nothing left. Does she think I’m trying to cheat her out of 2 sips I took of this drink? She continued to be rude toward me rolling her eyes. This is a location I frequent often. I’d be embarrassed if my employees treated a customer like that over a drink that was made bad to begin with. It’s possible the girl mixing messed up or didn’t pay attention while she was talking about politics the whole time she was making it

Who ever was working on October 18th at 6:30-6:40am absolutely awful. The girl was rude and didn't pay attention to my order what so ever. The guy didn't even put one of my orders in correctly and when I asked for them to remake it they seemed very annoyed. Maybe make it the right way and pay attention next time. Clearly this isn't a job for yall.

Not all Dutch brothers are the same. This one has consistently got my order wrong. Starting off the day with cruddy coffee sucks. Especially working out of town. Can’t wait to get back to my Dutch in spring Texas.

My coffee with whipped cream wasn't as fluffy and whipped-cream filled as the best ones I've had @ other Dutch Bros locations. But it was still good iced coffee though. Best parts were the helpful & happy staff that worked there. They seem to get the line moving along well. I ordered mine through the walk-in window. There was a group of young adults on 1 table that were just chatting and sipping their drinks. Nice shaded area for summer. Nice spacious parking lot. Clean environment.

The people at this location are so friendly, work hard and fast, and get to know you, plus all the drinks they make are the best! Many of the people working there already have my custom drink order memorized. Our dog, Macie, loves to go to this Dutch location and get a dog treat. She gets so excited! The people working there have been helping us with her barking by not giving her the treat until she is quiet. She loves them! On group dog training days her reward is to go to this location and get a free Pup Cup when we order our drinks. Dutch Bros makes it so special for everyone in the car. Highly recommend for the whole family - including your dogs! :)

Tried to call restaurant to voice complaint in private but can only talk to someone out of state….coffee is good. Employees are friendly but am sooo tired of them asking me what I have going on for the day. They are obviously making small talk. Next time am either going to tell them none of their damn business or sit there for 15 min and tell them about all have planned .

Look- idk what Yul Chan is talking about below… you need to tip your baristas… sounds like you need to hop across the street to Starbucks if you don’t wanna tip.ANYWAYS! This Dutch bros is my heart and soul! These people literally serve life in a cup! I come to this Dutch every day pretty much and my order is always right and on point. Every time.I ONLY go to this Dutch cause the people at the rufe snow location are rude and the whole reason I go here is the vibe of the people there. Dutch on Davis’s employees are hands down best of the best…. On that note….today I needed my pick me up and to vibe with my Dutch people… there was a new chick at the window. She did NOT pass the vibe check. Period. She wasn’t nice at all- THANK GOD my dude was mixing up the coffee cause my drink was still on point. No shade EVER to this Dutch cause the people are amazing doing gods work out here!! But today I’m not a fan. She was even wearing the Dutch bros hoodie I would sell a kidney for!!! Slide me her hoodie and I’ll come clock in! I pass the vibe check I promise!Anyways! You guys rock!

If there are 3+ cars in line, expect to wait a while. I don't understand why the service is slow when the workers seem to be moving fast.Also, when asking for a tip because it's optional, it feels obligatory when out on the spot. I'll just refuse when asked from now on.Good coffee for the most part.
