We just got home from the hospital with baby #2, and saw Fatburger was open and close by. My husband, oldest daughter, and myself ordered 2 burger meals, a kids hotdog meal, an order of chicken tenders and 2 shakes, totaling just over $80. Husband went to pick up and had to wait 20 additonal minutes past pick up time(okay- they seemed short staffed). Got the food home and it was all cold...the burgers were hockey pucks thrown onto buns, chicken strips were the Nashville hot (not regular) daughter's hotdog was blackened, fries were just gross, and the soda was totally flat(seeing reviews now, it makes sense). We called, spoke with the manager, she stated she would refund our order, it may take 2-3 business days...I gave it 5, and no refund. Husband called back, got another staff member that would "make a note" for the manager. 2 days later, calling back, speaking with another staff member that states "we don't do refunds". Then somehow magically refunds less than 30% of our bill when the only edible items in our order were the 2 shakes. The experience has definitely left an impression regarding Fatburger...hopefully, it's just this location, as you would expect a much better experience for $80+.

One of the best burgers I ate all time I see why ice cube was talking about two in the morning, warming up a fat burger. It was hard to devour a double meat burger

The soda machine and ice machine was covered in visible mold. This is my first time here so I'm a little disappointed. Currently waiting on the food hopefully it's okay.

Honestly this place is absolutely awful. Some of the saddest looking burgers I've ever seen and they call themselves Fatburger hahaha. Just go to Wendy's.

Have loved Fatburger for a long time and was super exited that we found one here in DFW. It was bad enough that the burger was over cooked and over seasoned. The service was horrible. We waited 45 minutes for that over cooked over seasoned burger. 45! Only two people were working and neither seemed in any kind of rush to get the food out to the customers. Doubt we’ll be back.

Food was good but the service that the young men provided was SUPERIOR. Some of the best customer support within the DFW Area, and once again the food is made fresh to order and is big. Whoever is supervising, I believe these guys deserve to be compensated beyond tips for their authenticity!

They seem understaffed but that seems to be an issue everywhere. I eat here, just not often due to budget constraints.

Ordered online and made perfectly clear who’s burger was who’s and even labeled with name. When I got the order they gave us two of the same burger and only got one right. Left without even getting any food out of it on a $50 order. Food was cold and fries stale. Highly recommended against it for how much it was. Ridiculous.
