This used to be my favorite place to go get a burger when the mood struck, but it seems the quality of the food and staff has gone down over time. I am still able to get a burger, but it seems they've changed the gluten free buns. This one crumbled and fell apart as I ate. Also, as mentioned in the dietary restrictions, the fries, once upon a time, used to be in a dedicated fryer. It appears this is no longer the case as I found what appeared to be breading (from chicken?) in my fries. I'm sorry to say, my Fatburger days are behind me.Dietary restrictions: They offer gluten free buns, but it appears the fryer is no longer dedicated. I found a piece of breading (from chicken?) mixed in with my fries.

This place is great. It's a little on the pricey side, but I think the quality justifies it. The cook (and maybe he is also the manager?) goes out of his way to make sure you're greeted, feel welcomed, and enjoy the food.The burgers are really good, and the meat has good flavor. The sweet potato fries are probably the best side. BUT the shakes are OUTSTANDING! They really take you back to a time when things were made with quality and care. They could probably just sell the shakes and be wildly successful. (The strawberry shake is especially incredible)

Kid-friendliness: The staff members were so friendly with my son they were so nice he wanted to leave them a tip.
This place is the bomb!!!!! Love having vegan options that’s a plus but really it’s the staff there that’s incredibly nice fun to hear them having fun, love the smiles! We will be coming back for suuuuuure!

I'm so glad that we finally have Fatburger here in DFW. Although a Californian institution since the 1950's, I first discovered them at the turn of this century on the Las Vegas strip, where I would later move and live from 2005-2011. If you want an old fashion juicy hamburger, hand spun shakes and amazing assorted sides, then please check out Fatburger. Having grown up in the fast food industry, I can assure you that you won't be disappointed. The closest thing I can compare it to is Shake Shack. Skinny people get kidnapped! Get in there today and start eating so we don't have to put out an Amber Alert for you.

If I want the juiciest most flavorful burger I will always make the trip to Fatburger. I first ate this burger in Las Vegas so when one came to Conway Arkansas I was all over it. One thing to remember. The more patties you get, the juicier the burger will be. I always get the 3 patty burger with all the fixings!! I can't finish it but it's soooo juicy. Don't miss the op for a great burger.
