We are regular here and love this first watch. But today we had a bad experience with Kate a server. She was very rude and treated us very poorly over something that wasnt our fault. Everyone is amazing minus Kate. Thank You Blanca (mananger) for the attention and empathy with me and my family. Its always a pleasure stopping by.

Always a great experience at First Watch Hurst! The Ham & Gruyère omelet with mushrooms and fresh tomatoes was excellent—kudos to the chef! Dharma was friendly, attentive, and made the visit extra special. Great food, great service, always welcoming!

The food was good and the server was nice but she definitely didn’t have speed of service.
I asked for different tea as the blackberry one was too sweet and it took at least 10 min to get it. I asked for extra mayo for my sandwich and by the time I got it I was done eating. It wasn’t that she was busy, she just didn’t seem interested in being timely.
