Giovanni’s pizza N pasta

Pizza is ok, but prices reflect a higher quality that it isn't. And their order confirmations totally blow. Told me it was busy and estimated 30mins so I started a phone call, but apparently it was not busy and ready within 10mins and nobody inside and no pies in the oven so they clearly need to get their house in order. Also... Full price toppings for half pizza application seems scammy. Won't be back.

Used to order from this place all the time. They are a local family business that we loved to support. They had great online coupons and the pizza was always good and delivered fast & hot. They changed their website a while back and raised the prices. They also took away all the online coupons. It is good pizza if you can afford the new prices with no coupons. Those that I turned on to this place & myself are bummed but we’ve moved on. Economy is bad For everyone and it seems we all have to tighten The purse strings. Good luck to them & I wish them well.

Pizza is good most times. The toppings are limited though but when they make it right, it's awesome. The recent price hike is why my rating has dropped as significant as their price increase. Like $20 bucks more than our usual priceandb.now they have a new website to order pizzas which isn't as robust. There is an additional online ordering fee to boot. We've been coming here regularly and have recommended this place but for this price, we are moving on over to somewhere else.

No doubt the pizza is good, but with the past 2 orders, I've been disappointed. Both orders were barely warm pizzas, which led to dissatisfied taste and regret spending $50. I gave the benefit of the doubt for the first order as it was delivery, but the second order I picked up and it was still cold. I didn't notice this until I got home as the guy who handed me the pizzas mentioned how hot the bottom of the boxes were, so I didn't realize they weren't, in fact, hot. Bummer ?

The Stromboli I ordered was terrific it was at a great price and delicious. I most certainly will order it again. I only wish they had more seating for in store dining.

this restaurant, where do i even start.

i went on a family vacation to maine in june 2019 and still to this day (july 2024) i CANNOT stop thinking about how wonderful their food & atmosphere was. it has been 5 years and i can’t stop thinking about how good the food was & how much the staff made me laugh while we waited, everyone was so kind & it was just overall the best restaurant experience i have ever had!!

Pizza was cold. The younger men up front were fairly decent but the owner was very hostile towards customers. I called after leaving because my order was wrong. I ordered a extra large and received a large instead. During the phone call he cut me off and was very ride over the phone and didn't rectify the mistakes they made. So now I paid for a extra large pizza I did not receive as well as was secretly charged for dip that was not available to order on the site when i had made the note in the comments for it instead.1.50 per ranch cup that I was completely unaware that I'd be charged for.Overall 10 out of 10 do not recommend, a very hostile environment that has steadily gone further and further down hill, through sneakily extorting people as well as receiving cold product that was inaccurate. I've been ordering for years and until this year and it continues to go downhill each time I've ordered and after this last order blantly being disrespected and disregarded they have lost a loyal customer of 3 years today.

Parking: Have to park in the fireplace because there were no spots available.

Kid-friendliness: Avoid taking any small child, very cramped and dirty atmosphere .

Wheelchair accessibility: Can not fit a wheelchair comfortably.

Constantly blocking the fire lane

The pizza is really good but they have all of these "specials" listed on website that they will not honor. When calling them about this the response was pretty much, yeah we don't honor those. Maybe time to take those down as even though the pizza was good I refuse to order again with someone that will not honor specials clearly listed on website. Just take them down then!
