Jack In The Box

I came here the other night through the drive thru no one answered i waited a few minutes and i heard the speaker turn on but then they turned it back off immediately so i waited even longer. A few minutes went by and a worked came outside to take care of the trash and he saw me at the drive thru but didnt say anything and i kept waiting by now 30 minutes had passed and he cane back outside and said they were closed. I dont understand why he couldn’t have said that through the speaker or when he had came out 10 minutes before. I had asked why he didnt say anything before and he just shrugged his shoulders and yelled they were closed again.

They never give the sauces asked for. Yes I know it costs extra, that’s why I specifically ask for the number I need. So why am I still only being given one sauce every time???? I don’t have this problem at other locations so I probably won’t come back to this one because it’s very frustrating.

Ordered two chicken sandwiches sub both buns w sourdough bread add pickles and onions. Didn't do any of what I asked and also gave me a burger for one of them. Not my first problem I've had with them. One time, they forgot to put sausage on my breakfast sandwich, then tried to argue, saying, i said,"no sausage." Took the sandwich back, slapped some sausage between the old bread I had taken a bite out of, and gave me attitude handing it back. Idk why this jack in the box has such a hard time, but someone needs to find someone who actually cares to work there. It's not a good look, definitely since it's been over years of messing my orders up.

Not sure but this the only Jack N the Box that dot give kids meal bags. Wow the only thing kids look forward to smh.

Manager was rude and said that they didn't sell something instead of saying they were out of stock I looked it up on the website and it said that they sold it til a certain date then he pretty much called me a lier

What I like about Jack is that you can go cheap or go big. Always use the app to find deals and earn points for rewards later. The food is fairly consistent between locations. Recently they have reduced the breakfast offerings, some locations have removed them all together. This was a bit disappointing. They are always adding limited time menu options to try out, so there is usually something new to try.

It's like rufe Snow is under New Management or ownership or something because I've never seen such different they must be paying their employees or something. Anyways this Richland hills location was my favorite place to go when I was visiting as a kid. Y'all got magic mayonnaise.. What if all your replies to bad reviews were goals that were being accomplished in real time as you were accomplishing them.

Amazingly Friendly people but my order got messed up I was the only one in line

Always bad online or through the drive, the burger I ordered has vegetables...they didn't put it in, I asked for the order of 7 poppers, they gave me 3...?
They moved me from the window and they didn't have any more cars, I didn't understand, anyway
We consume again thinking that they are going to change… but I think not.

I'm done with this location. I usually don't write a poorly review for places like these because I can understand the pressures these employees go thru. However, The service here was very poorly even when it was not busy...
