Hello, I went earlier today to try and order myself food but the guy was extremely rude and inpatient. When ordering he kept cutting me off and then I told him I had a couple more things to order and he insisted I went to the second window. I tried to grab his attention again so I could order so that it wouldn’t be a longer wait when ordering at the window. I pulled forward and waited about 3 minutes for someone to open the window, no one came so I drove off. I never drive off but I had to today.

Mystery tacos 2 for $1 have a special place in my heart along with the jalepeno poppers with their buttermilk ranch while pricey especially compared to the rest of their menu but definitely worth it. Don't expect 5star food quality but they have some bomb deals currently in the app Feb 2025

We've been there twice in the last 3 weeks and ordered 4 tacos and got 2, two orders of poppers and got 1, and today we ordered a kids kids hamburger meal and got no fries! I don't appreciate getting charged for food that I didn't get.

Website says they are open and close at 10pm. Got there at 8:45pm and was told they are closed for cleaning.

They mess up my order and they apologize with a bad attitude and wasting the food they did give me. Ungrateful service, don’t bother going here

The food was dry like it has been sitting under a lamp too long. Worse than that there was a roach in the bathroom. When talked to the employees they said they couldn’t do anything about either and that there was no manager to talk to. When they gave me the franchise managers number he was extremely rude. I’m not expecting fine dinning. I am expecting customer service.

Good food but why is it closed on the weekends.

This afternoon I ordered a small curly fries, and an order of egg rolls. As I was driving away I noticed the fries were cold, and old. . I went back and asked for a fresh batch, the next order I was a bunch of fried crumbs. I bit into my egg roll and it was still cold inside. I called the manager who tried to talk over me and was absolutely rude. I see why the staff doesn’t care because the manager is just as bad. I didn’t ask for a refund. You have my money, and the food in in the trash where it belongs. All I ask is that you DO BETTER!!! As a staff and as a manager. Thank you.

Extremely rude employee at the drive through window, always gets the order wrong all around bad experience. if you like Jack-in-the-Box go to a different location
