The staff is always welcoming, and the subs are consistently top-notch. Whether you’re looking for a quick bite or catering for an event, Jersey Mike's never disappoints.
Ordered through doordash and had a missing ingredient. It seems the ingredient wasn't selected by default while it was mentioned on a previous page as being included. Regardless, called the store, the employee was understanding and passed the phone to a manager to get it resolved. Peaceful, cordial conversation, positive outcome in the end. Thank you to the two team members I spoke with, I appreciate your help with the resolution!
