A very bad restaurant. Judging by the taste, the chicken seems to be leftovers from yesterday; it is completely unappetizing. I do not recommend it at all.

What abysmal service. They made a mistake with my order, and when I called to let them know, they told me the kitchen hadn't made any error and demanded that I send them photos of my food. I was only calling to point out the mistake so it wouldn't happen again on a future order, but they simply said they couldn't do anything because the owner wasn't there, and they didn't want to lose their jobs. I can't give them less than one star, but if I could, I certainly would. Terrible service. I do not recommend them; if this is how they handle every mistake, I now understand why the place is empty.

Food was good, the young lady was very nice even though my credit card had problems at first. But got it resolved. She was extremely patient.

I love this locationnn. The employees are so nice and welcoming. The food is really good and come here often. Definitely recommend!!!! Perla is AMAZING, love her!

I went early one morning and order some breakfast tacos. The cashier said I had to order it with an orange juice because I couldn't just order the tacos. 10 minutes go by and I asked the lady how much longer and she said something in the kitchen was broken so it was taking longer than usual. 10 more minutes go by and she than said they've just started making my food. 5 more minutes go by and no order ready. I asked her to just refund me my money and then she only refunded me the charge for the food and keep the tip. Horrible expensive experience for wasting my time and no apology.

Excellent food! Ordered burrito, tostada, Quesadilla and torta to go. All wonderful!

Ordered take out from NRH. Burrito, Torta, Quesadilla, Enchiladas were all excellent! We will be back!

Always great and the horchatta is fabulous

Only had the Tortas 2 times! Left full and happy each time. A little expensive for one sandwich but considering ican eat and I usually only eat half and have another half for later. Even reheated the bread is awesome! Had the Carne Asada and Pastor so far both great. Go!

Went to the NRH location off Rufe Snow!! Extremely overpriced, I had just the carne asada torta and had lots of lettuce and the meat was bland no flavor I had to season it upon arrival at home!! Very dissatisfied and disappointed because it was not good!! Glad didn’t get the combo!! However the only good thing the lady that took order was at least nice!!!

***UPDATE....after leaving my review, the owner of this restaurant replied a few days later saying that they checked the cameras and that they didn't find anything wrong...They even said that THEY COULDN'T FIND ANY EVIDENCE in their cameras of Me being in their lobby...keep in mind that I didn't say what day I visited the store BUT it makes me wonder how do they even know how I look like???....they just confirmed to me that not only they are dirty and let their employees BE DIRTY AND DISGUSTING...they also lie**** I was watching the cook eating chips dipping them in the containers they have in the back that they use to make the orders...he was also grabbing the food from the containers with his hands putting the food directly into his mouth...disgusting to say the least...I had already paid and wanted to say something but I didn't see anyone that looked like a manager...I knew my concerns were gonna be ignored.
