You can do better. Stood in line while employees decided who would actually help the lady that was having difficulty walking or standing. All others already placed their orders while I leaned waiting. Another customer helped me get back to my car. FLC won't be back.

It's fine but I ordered a hot-and-ready ready not a hot-and-10-minutes. Would have liked to know the wait time prior to paying since I had frozen groceries in my trunk and was expecting this to be instant.

By far one of the worst places with the worst management who has no idea how to properly deal with an upset customer instead of helping he made things worse. He definitely needs more training on how to diescelate a bad experience for his customers I will never be back ever again!!!

The food tastes pretty good here when it is done. Employees are very friendly. Only problem is they tend to pull out the food from the oven before it is all the way through and I have received pizzas recently where the dough was not completely cooked in the middle.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, this business is wheelchair accessible.

Sweet mother of god hire people WHO KNOW HOW TO HANDLE A RUSH....two kids in the back chit-chatting away whilst orders are piling up this place is generally great for ordering at but tonight was just absolutely horrid i saw a guy go in for two orders of breadsticks...nearly 50mins at best he waited me and my wife for two stuffcrust pizza Nearly 2 hours...Get yalls stuff together stop hiring kids or atleast dock their wages Or better yet restrict them being on their phones whilst on the clock to add into all this mess there was an older hispanic gentlemen and his grandkids was there prior to my wife and i arriving 2 and half Hours...that is how long he waited

The staff is the worst, I asked how much was left for my order since they had told me 20 minutes and I had been waiting for 40 minutes and the people who were working there responded very beaten and rudely, I had to ask for my refund and I spoke with the manager reporting to his worker and he answered me the same way. They had 2 more people telling them to wait, the whole time they were talking to each other. They gave me a bad day. I hope they do something about this.

Location Blvd 26 and Glenview. North Richland Hills.I ordered the lunch combo. I too one bite of the pizza and bit into way undercooked dough. After further inspection, the bottom is the pizza was cooked, cheese was cooked but the layer right under the cheese, so top layer of was way uncooked throughout the pizza. I threw it out. Yes I could have cooked it also had weird taste so I threw it out.Tried to call the main number to inform the manager. I was not looking for a refund or to be a Karen. Thought it would none to let them know that they needed to let their pizzas stay on longer or slow down the conveyor belt allowing the pizza to cook throughout. I worked for the company for a year quite awhile back as a manager and as a manager I wouldn’t have wanted to know if there was an issue so I could have a change to fix he.So back to my call. I was transferred to the order line then transferred to the store. After waiting for someone to pick up, which no one did, the phone cycles be back to ordering. This happened 3 times and no manager and no in store person picked up. I decided obviously I am not going to get a live person.. surprise.So I came here to give a review. Didn’t want to go this route but management needs to be made aware of the issue of selling pizza with partial way undercooked dough. Not only can this affect customers but can also affect staff bcz they will lose business and staffing hours cut.

NEVER AGAIN, 2ND SHOT FAILED(1-5-24)My pizza was medium rare, I ordered well done, not good for pizza. I didn't realize until I had finished a slice. Jokes aside the dough was uncooked in the middle and I feel sick now, like gooey wet dough.I was so hungry I just ate, and now I feel sick. It took over an hour to even get my food, and I ordered online, I tried ordering at the counter but they were slammed ( the hour before)I gave this place one more shot after my girlfriend got extremely sick eating here years ago ( she was hospitalized, and I should of listened to her before ordering )Never eating here again, I just wasted 20$, do better. Jesus Mary and Joseph be with whoever eats here, because you might turn religious after. ( death joke )(Oldest review 2019)Closed, doors locked 20 min before shown time. I just wanted some cheese bread man.

I had two separate orders and when the pizza for my first order was ready they left it sitting out for 8 minutes approximately didn't even bother to put it into the hot box until my other order was ready so my pizza is not going to be hot when I get home. And when I was asking the one girl why they didn't bother to put it into the hot box and when it was ready she's like oh we were waiting for the rest of your order to get ready and I was like but I had two separate orders so I would have put it in the hot box so it wasn't sitting out and then she got really rude with me was like oh do you want to come back here and do my job.
