Great pizza and a good location. My problem and the reason for 2 stars is their online ordering is terrible. The online ordering requires that text messages be sent or verified or some stupid thing before you can order. The last thing I need to do or want to do is give a pizza place and their 3rd party ordering company my mobile number. Do what pretty much every other place on the planet does and simply let people place an online order without requiring text messages. Let EVERYONE order online- not just people willing to give up their data privacy for the convenience.

Have been eating at Mama’s Pizza since around 1979 & the Berry location & actually worked at the Green Oaks location in Arlington in 1984/1985. The pizza has remained constantly delicious through the decades! I will always be a Mama’s Pizza fan. Thanks for putting a location in Hurst near me. Had a mix up on my Uber order, but Charlie made everything right & made me the right pizza. It was pouring rain yesterday when I went to get it & he even called me to let me know they had a drive through. Great customer service & awesome pizza.

New location for this Mama's pizza, not far from the old one. Pizza was excellent as usual. I mentioned I used to pick up pizza at the original on Rosedale st, near TWU, 1968 for usand, on my bicycle! Never dropped one! either they are old or I am🤔

Went to the buffet. No cheese pizza, we're told it would be out shortly. 30 min still waiting. When it finally came out the cheese was melted on so much we had to ask if it was a cheese pizza. It looked like soup. Spent $24 for sodas. Asked for a refund and was told we don't give refunds. Sorry customer service. Couldn't tell ya how the food was because we never got any! We won't be back and I will let EVERYONE I pass what terrible service we received.

I walked into the Mama’s Pizza at the Hurst, Tx location today 6/21/2025 around 7:30 pm and witnessed extremely bad service to a customer! A customer who was elderly, with a cane, and being as nice as he could be to simply ask for his pizza to be corrected since it was delivered wrong after calling it in. Not to mention orders are saved under the customers phone number. This employee yelled at this man, got loud, and disrespectful, stating it was all his fault that his pizza was wrong and he should take responsibility for it, that it wasn’t going to be corrected, then she stated that he was a “horrible” customer, in front of everyone. I’m sorry, but there’s a fine line to be respectful and always a solution to help and fix mistakes regardless who’s at fault. There’s even a saying, the customer is always right! This was so disturbing and disappointing that I told my mom let’s go! We are not eating here! Keep the employees like that and you won’t have much of a business! Being respectful and polite means more to people, and the friendliness keeps us coming back! This lady was older, wearing a hat, maybe brown hair, and she worked on the date and time mentioned above.
Update: Idk why they moved locations. The parking is horrible and you feel like you are going to get into a wreck on Precinct. I might try the new Keller location at some point, but probably wont being going here much.
Okay pizza. Super overpriced for what you get. Average for quality.

We had the lunch buffet on June 3, and the young lady at the register was super friendly. The gentleman cleaning the tables was also very friendly and was steadily clearing plates as diners finished. And last but not least, the buffet was refreshed with hot pizzas often.

I grew up in Arlington and loved Mama's there. Was so good. I live in Hurst now and was excited to see a new one here. Wife and I had the $15 each buffet. So disappointed. Pretty tasteless. Not anything like it used to be. Sad. I miss the old days.

The pizza is very good. The dough, sauce, cheese, and toppings are great. My only real complaint is that the new location is difficult to get in and out of. It's on a very busy intersection corner and you cannot enter or exit from neighboring parking lots. Not a great setup!
