Horrible place bad management doesn’t know how to train and employees when hired and doesn’t take care of them either..I would not suggest to eat here or work here because u will get screwed over also they don’t wear gloves when making your food and half the staff doesn’t wash hands after making it I’ve watched it with my own eyes so highly suggest if you don’t want a disease you don’t eat here

Updating mY Review: whomever is the new white guy with the long hair who now works the front needs to be removed immediately!! He was working today 2-6-24 at 11amHe is annoying and is always an issue. I have been coming to this location for a while now and is normally my preferred. However each time i come in he is either questioning whether items were indeed paid even though it clearly shows it on receipt, skeptical and hesitant about providing condiments, and instead of placing items in my hand ( even though my hand is out for it) he places it on the counter. Does not thank me for my business and creates a poor lack luster experience.Plus he did not give me a receipt so i could leave a survey which should tell you something. I need someone from marcos do to bout this experience immediately!!!Provide an email you can be reached at.

I heard the pizza is great. I went here because The general manager called me in for an interview. after we talked a bit he noticed I didn't have restaurant experience. I said yes the person online said I would be a good candidate he said it was his computer or AI. he told me AI or his computer made a mistake because to be a manager in training you needed restaurant experience. manager in training means you train. he didn't want to hire me because the amount I was asking was what they had listed and they're trying to pay less than that I'm sure. because he asked me if I would accept less than what was posted. even though I told him I was a great candidate, and would sacrifice to make it be very efficient and and top-notch restaurant.. the general manager was a nice kid but the fact that he can't even see the forest for the trees is weird. i've been running retail businesses my whole life and he thought I couldn't run a Pizza kitchen, laughable. I will not be trying their pizza because I already have a bad taste in my mouth from my visit. I don't need a response to this review because it's just the way it is. keep your response. I gave you the three stars because of the employees that I met that were quite nice and welcoming previously to meeting this guy. next time think about the experienced candidates who might have worked out perfectly. especially a workaholic like myself. next time take a few minutes read up a little bit on the people you're meeting. instead of wasting their time and relying on your computer or AI or whatever. I took the interview very seriously because it seemed like your company took me very seriously and still calling me even no I did not have experience running a restaurant currently. obviously there's a big gap in communication of what your AI is telling you.next time before turning your nose up at someone that's highly qualified to run a pizza shop and was willing to do it for the money you listed. its called bait and switch. check in with your computer on that term. if you don't want to pay people what your listing don't bring them in. hire the dude that was in front of me that had flip flops on. he looks like a better fit for your corporate theory.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! This location is an unorganized joke.01/09 I ordered two large pizzas for pickup. It was around 6pm and my app said pickup time was 6:21pm. I waited in my car until my app said my order was ready. When I walked inside I was told that my order still had about 5 more minutes. So I stood there and waited. 5 minutes passed, 10 minutes passed, 20 mins passed…then a man walks in AFTER me, waits with me, and proceeds to leave with 4 pizzas BEFORE me. So I ask the two girls at the front how much longer for mine because he came in after me and left before me? One said “oh he must have ordered before you.” But when I walked in I was told 5 more minutes and my app said my order was ready..didn’t make sense. So I requested to cancel my order. The young girl standing there proceeds to try and cancel my order with an attitude, while the lady standing next to her starts to say “well, it’s almost done”, but the young girl waves her hand up to stop her from talking and yells to the back “don’t make it! Don’t make the next order!” Sooo, I was waiting that entire time and my order wasn’t even made yet…? Then the manager comes up and asks where my pizzas went that he just made…..he went to the back to look, said he was making them in order, and where did mine go?! The girl just stayed quiet so I had to explain to him the guy who came in AFTER me was given my pizzas, like I tried to tell the little girl at the front who got an attitude because I told her to cancel my order. But she was the one who handed him the pizzas, so I assume she was upset because she messed up. The manager was understanding and apologetic, even tried to give me my salad for free. But at that point I just left.The first time I placed an order from this location was on 12/17. I was 10 minutes late after my pickup time, went inside, and still waited for an hour and an half inside the lobby for my pizzas! I thought it was a one time thing because only two people were working that day. But clearly, this is a real issue with this location. You’d be better off driving to another Marcos, you’ll probably still get home with your food faster!

Usually Marcos is my go-to. Plenty of times I've been at this location and have never had a problem. I live 2 minutes from the place so it's always my go to.These last two times have been horrible..I ordered a small pizza with a drink for lunch last week. I put my order in 20 minutes before going to the store. The notification even stated my food would be ready before 20 minutes even hit. I go up there around 20 minutes after my food was suppose to be made. A small cheese pizza, and when I get there.. there is only one person working the whole thing. Two other people were waiting, when I got in I was waiting 15 minutes before I was even helped. Then to be told my pizza wasn't even made yet so it was going to be another 10 minutes... I had them cancel and refund. I order ahead to get it and go. Expecially if I'm on a time limit.Tonight I put in a order, once again 20 minutes before even picking up. I get there at the time of pick up. Called in my order since I chose curbside. Literally saw the employee just not want to answer the phone calls coming in. I went in to get my pizza cause I wasn't going to sit around waiting for someone to answer a phone. The people inside weren't even doing their jobs. Phone going off non stop not one answer. Got one guy doing nothing while the other is working complaining about orders coming in. Meanwhile I'm here waiting on a pizza... Just for them to tell me to wait and when it got done roughly 8 min later they said the pizza was no good so they had to remake it. Once again another refund. I'm not waiting x amount more because Marcos decides to not have the correct amount of people let alone having to wait longer bc of mistakes on their end. I am no longer coming to this location. I understand places have their hiccups but back to back.. I'll take my business to another Marcos or jets.

Had a great first experience. Pizza was tasty and my online order was ready 2 minutes early! I had the hot honey magnifico. I suppose it's a matter of preference but I expected a slightly stronger hot honey flavor, though I still enjoyed it.

Tyiana and Nathan were abandoned by their leadership, and on this day they performed above and beyond what they're required to do.Tyiana was running the store completely by herself, knocking out orders while Nathan was running deliveries, and also building orders when he was there.Both of them were very obviously performing as true leaders, not stopping, even when there were 6+ people in the lobby watching them not stop, to keep up with demand.I'm writing this review because both of them deserve better, better pay, more responsibility, and respect. They went above and beyond in the absence of their leadership, proving that they are leaders themselves.Nobody asked them, they just did what was right.Both of them proved today that they are leaders, and earned the right to be promoted to either management, or store manager, acting in adverse circumstances.Out with the old in with the new.I made sure to ask them their names, because they deserve recognition.-Tim S.
