this location is 1000% better than colleyville!!! This location is so clean, spotless and quick. I always order to go meal 1x a week— today mine wasn’t there (someone took it) and they quickly made it and gave me a cookie for waiting! They are the best staff and very welcoming. The food is always great and the honey mustard is just elite.

I placed a catering order for this location to serve 14 people and when the order arrived we were missing sides. I attempted to ask the delivery driver where the missing items were and he spoke no English. Zero English and was attempting to use Google translate to communicate with me. After a few attempts back and forth, Siri read off to me that he is not responsible for the items just the delivery portion. I sent him on his merry way and called the store. I was connected with someone named Haley who was less than sympathetic to the fact that my order was incorrect. She placed me on hold and tried to find a delivery driver and after a minute hops back on the line and tells me no delivery driver is available. She offers to let me come get the missing items from their location or to take a discount off my order. If i had the ability to leave I wouldn't have paid the $25 delivery fee nor would I have pre-paid the $20 tip. For the inconvenience of not receiving our whole order I received a $14 discount...not even the entire delivery fee. I had to leave our meetings and run to another local store to fulfill our order so our team could eat. Huge inconvenience and a total waste of time and money. Beware of ordering catering from here. Horrendous customer service and zero accountability.

Tammie at McAlister’s is a gem! Every time I go in, she’s there with a warm smile and a kind attitude that brightens my day. The food is always delicious, and the entire staff is friendly and welcoming. The manager regularly comes around to check in, which really shows they care about their customers’ experience. Plus, the store is always clean and well-kept, which I really appreciate. Thanks to Tammie and the whole team for making every visit a great one!

We first tried this deli while on vacation in another state and decided to try it here. The food is still fresh and tasteful no matter the location.
The sandwiches are huge as well as their potatoes. Honestly I would suggest anyone visit here, they have vegetarian items as well as meat eaters items lol
I highly recommend it to anyone.

Very good sandwiches. Solid salads. Best tea in lemonade. Wish it was more affordable.

My coworkers and I needed a quick bite . Everything was delicious . We ordered soups and sandwiches and it was all super fresh. We also received a nice handwritten card, it was a nice gesture . Thank you guys !

Put in an online order for a half a French Dip sandwich as part of a Choose-2 order and they left out the sauce for the French Dip. Very rude associates too. ?

I've been a gig delivery driver picking up orders at this restaurant for years. Great staff, great service. Unfortunately today that was not the case. Before I left the store it seemed that something was missing inside the customer's bag. I had inquired about it to an employee, unfortunately I do not know her name, and instead of being professional about it and simply recheck it she had to be smart and give me attitude about it. If I was the customer rather than the driver in that instance and I experienced that I would have reported her to the store right then and there for unnecessary and unprofessional behavior.
