I can be the only person in line and no matter what this location will always park you to wait for your food. The whole reason I do an order ahead order is to reduce the amount of time I'm waiting. Not for the employees to clear off my order to lie on their drive thru times.
These idiots messed up my online order because they didn't have their system set up right so I had to get my order cancelled and now it just ate up my reward points. They owe me 6k points and I'm annoyed beyond belief. Learn to open and close your store come on it's the simplest things.
