Yes... it's McDonalds. But they are NOT all the same. This location was superlative. Clean, well organized. It looked like the employees were actually interested in being there, instead of wishing they were someplace else. The manager was engaged with both customers and crew. This was a good choice.

It really is disappointing to get food poisoning from something so simple. Been there a few times and the staff were friendly. But this last time.. the staff looked miserable and my wife and I got food poisoning from the chicken nuggets. There were only 4. My wife had 2 and I had 2..out for 2 days. Imagine if one of us had eaten all 4. We wonât be back.

The drive thru worker didnât answer the drive thru speaker and when we went up to the window, we said âno one answeredâ And the guy said âWell cause I was taking another order!â The least he couldâve said was âOne moment Sir.â And he got irate with my dad and was very rude and unprofessional when he was the one who NEVER SAID ANYTHING. he is officially my op and I will not come back lil bro?
Customer service is horrible at this place!!!I ask one of the employees at the cast register could he give me a sticker to close my food back up. He told me no he couldn't.But also your food is always over cooked really bad at this restaurant!! Or when u get home the have made your food wrong!!!!

This is one of the very BEST McDonald's in NRH. The people inside and working the drive thru are always super nice and accurate with orders. Inside is even better, the restaurant is always clean and the people are awesome. I can't remember the manager's name but she's Hispanic with gray hair and I just adore her. She's so lovely and always has the best smile on her face . I did a mobile order while inside the restaurant because I forgot to order my son a breakfast sandwich and next thing I know she's got my order in hand and brought it out to me.
