I feel it is vary sad that this place will not give you a box to place your pizza in. We picked up 2 pizzas and I ask very respectfully could I get a box to place my food in it. I was told no they don't have any.

Ordered 2 pizzas, estimated 30 min took 45. Order was wrong. Quality extremely poor. Know it is hard to find decent help these days but hygiene of employees was very poor and unkept. At least they wear gloves. Found hair in the food as well. Threw in trashcan. Manager/owner is typically great and will speak with him but was off last night and today.

BEWARE! Avoid this location like the plague. Unbelievably slow and unorganized. Ordered takeout to be ready at 5:18pm. They didn't start making it until 5:50pm. Also paid for monkey bread that they ran out of and I wasn't about to wait any longer. You couldn't pay me to come back. I did feel bad for the two people working there. Totally understaffed. Where is management?

I witnessed the manager be totally rude to the customers inside the lobby. All he kept saying was this is the busiest time of the year and be ready to wait. Be thankful and grateful that you are busy and people are coming to your store. Your in the service industry and yes times are going to be hectic. Learn to fake it to make it!#Be Better

The Pizzas are wonderful and I love that I can take and bake it at home for heavenly hot pizza! When ordering online my order has always been available at the time it's supposed to be ready. Love Papa Murphy's!!

I asked the kid that rang up my order why was the price different from the window sign (my mistake it literally said Tuesday while today is Sunday). The kid chose to make an extra unnecessary comment, “I’m not trying to scam you.” Very awkward moment as she still has to make my food. Then when my pizza was made, I had to go get my salad from behind the counter because she didn’t hand me anything just stood there staring. The customer service was horrible, kids these days simply don’t care & are rude for no reason.

First timer with Papa Murphy's, and expected it to be more like a Pizzeria pizza. NOT EVEN CLOSE! More like Diguino's Pizza from the freezer case at the grocery store. But. three times more expensive! Sorry, but truthful in our opinion!

Here at Papa Murphy right now at 7:39 and the door are lock. Employees are in the building. One was puzzled the door was lock. Called on the phone, they didn't answer. I drove from Euless, to NRH. Will not return again.

I'm posting not to criticize the food, but to make a comment on customer service that I hope will get the attention of the shop owner. I placed an on-line order with a pick-up time of 7:30. The store is supposed to be open until 8:00. It's take-and-bake, right? So I'm not exactly concerned about nailing the pick-up time. I arrived at 7:45 to find the doors locked and the store totally dark. And I mean dark --nobody cleaning, just nobody home. Obviously, they know that an order is waiting to be picked up, but the place is deserted 15 minutes (and who knows how longer) before closing time? Please !

This location is closest to us and it deserves 5 stars. The pizza dough is amazing, this is number one reason i really love it. ingredients are fresh, thanks to whole team and managers!
