A Cozy Coffee Experience with Excellent Service

Tasty Treats and Customizable Coffee

The menu doesn't disappoint. I tried the blueberry scone, which was soft with just the right amount of chewiness—definitely a treat worth savoring. I also ordered the seasonal pumpkin velvet iced drink with regular espresso shots. It had a mild coffee flavor, perfect for someone who prefers a less intense coffee experience. However, if you're a fan of stronger coffee, the menu offers plenty of options, and you can always adjust the number of espresso shots to suit your taste.

More Than Just Coffee

The shop provides free WiFi and both indoor and outdoor seating. They also sell their own coffee roasts, along with merchandise like reusable cups, mugs, and clothing, which is a nice touch for fans wanting a memento.

Friendly and Efficient Service

The staff here are exceptionally kind and quick to assist. When I asked about the WiFi, they were eager to help, and my order came out promptly.

A Minor Drawback

The only downside is the noise from the blender during busy times, but it’s not overwhelming and can easily be tuned out.
P.S: their whipped cream is awesome :D

Drinks and food a great but I don’t think I’ve EVER been there are hadn’t waited an absurdly long time for our stuff. I don’t think it is the fault of the employees, I think it might be lack of staff. Even, when I order ahead, we still wait way too long.

I have visited this location 3 times in the last 6 months and every time I go they are out of beignets. Today I stopped by before 2pm on a Sunday and they were out. How? What kinda of planning is happening at this location?

They don’t ever answer their phones and today I ordered beignets online for pickup just to arrive at the store and be told they aren’t available. That’s fine, but I couldn’t get a courtesy call before traveling to the location? No customer service at all. Then other times I’ve ordered there’s barely any powder on the beignets. THAT is not how New Orleans does it. I ignored that but this is one too many issues

Barista needs more training. Drinks are either watery taste or just straight up milk. I can’t even taste the espresso.

The best Binets I have ever had. My first couple experiences when they first opened was awesome.
But since then , the kids hired have provided the worst service that makes me not want to come back and deal with them.
You can take they don’t care about customer service, and make the customer feel like a burden.
It’s a shame, cause the product is fantastic, it’s the employees that is the issue here on Rufe snow

The young lady was extremely pleasant. I didn’t look at her name tag, so I can’t recognize by name. They didn’t have the butter pecan item my son wanted, but she offered an alternative. I love my neighborhood PJs!

This is a great coffee place, walking distance from the hotel I'm staying at. It smells amazing, and it was nice and quiet inside, very easy to relax and focus on my drink and my thoughts.

PJ's is my New Orleans jam. This one has been a half mile from me for a year and a half. I didn't know it was here and no one is here but me. That worries me. Tell your friends to meet you at PJ's on Rufe Snow for excellent beignets and cafe au lait... before it's too late.
