We have been patrons for many years to this
store in NRH off Hwy 26. This current manager and staff have really proven themselves with Excellent, fresh food served
quickly and made to order. The store is very clean and comfortable, this crew is on it too.
A+ and 5 Stars All the Way.

Went here today for lunch. Us and another couple probably waited 7-10 minutes to be seated. After that I took what I’m assuming the manager to come get out drink order after 15 minutes after sitting.
After reading the reviews we hoped the food was good. Unfortunately the brisket sandwich and pulled pork sandwich were both dry.
I’m really shocked of all the good reviews because us and the other 2 couples around us did not have a good experience and all three of us had the same thoughts. Dickeys would have been better a better way to spend our money.
Good luck but we will never be visiting this location again.
Guess it was a bad day

My family and I had a great experience. The waiter and staff were amazing.

Food was amazing and reasonably priced !!! If you haven't had a chance to go here. I'd definitely suggest trying/checking them out.

Great food and service. The restaurant does look a bit outdated, needs some help in upgrading. The one very disappointing aspect was the gnat issue I faced while eating at the bar. Lots of them in my face and food. I hate flying bugs around my food and face.

Dre as manager of store and McKenna at rrgister/customer service!...they are AMAZING! I know Dre has faced many uphill battles and trying to ice skate uphill is HARD enuff, lol! Well they took care of me and my family and I want to just say THANK YOU DRE! Iam so happy you are basically always there when I visit and available...never hiding! Just kidding...but seriously! I love your BBQ and I appreciate your genuine kindness and for having McKenna at the fore front is awesome as well! Thanks McKenna! Keep being the sweetheart that you are! Thanks again! I would like to start off by saying the service was GREAT! I cannot recall our servers name but she was amazing.

That being said, I am very bummed that the food came out hardly room temperature because the flavors were there, just cold. I had the 2 meat plate with sausage and pulled chicken with baked potato and fries.

Unfortunately, the best part of this meal (and only hot portion) were the fries. The baked potato was an upcharge and, again, cold. The meat? Cold. The chicken? Cold AND dry. Overall disappointed as I had heard good things about this chain.
