The server was great! However the quality of the food has decreased A LOT! I haven't been at Red Lobster in a long time, went because was my kid picked!

COCONUT SHRIMP!! SO GOOD!

Door dash pickup the wrong order and then called them they hung up on me twice when trying to explain to them the issue and said they could make it. When and picked it up host was just sitting on their phone and didn’t seem to care. Then when I got my order and came home. I got almost no fries and no butter with the crab legs that were warm at best. Just a bad experience overall and no one seemed to care about it

Food was great however the service was an absolute joke. We were a group of 8 and had a waitress I don’t remember her name but she was awful we left a $0 tip that’s how bad it was. She had at attitude the entire time, said they weren’t making appetizers, didn’t get my side of mashed potatoes that came with my order when I asked the waitress for them she said my food didn’t come with a side, I asked for a manager and was told there’s no manager, I saw no manager walking the floor either. We had plates from the biscuits and empty drinks at the end of the table and I repeatedly asked the waitress if she could take them and received attitude and she walked away nonstop, I had to eat my food with empty drinks/ plates next to me the entire time. By all means check the cameras. No idea how she even got the job there’s no way y'all need the help that badly.

Ordered to go. Lobster and shrimp were so chewy and tough you couldn’t even eat it, steak was the same. Little bitty lobsters!! I don’t think they even bother cutting the mixed greens in the salad. What a huge disappointment.

Standard Red Lobstet fast food seafood. Tonight the service was not great but they were good about taking it off our ck without us asking even.
