friendly staff...always around asking if u need help.
I always come to sams this get fresh produce, but mostly I use their Farmacy, the people in it are very professional and friendly
First time and I liked it! Switched from Costco! I still like Costco, but this is just as nice and the prices were good.
customer service was bad
I use the Sam's pharmacy and they are always very prompt and courteous. I like shopping at Sam's because you can good quality products for a good price usually.
I purchased a patio furniture set. After it was loaded the store assistant noticed it was damaged. The manager was not available. The store associate took pictures of the damage. I had hoped a 10% discount would be applied but the store manager does not agree so I will return the Patio and go to another store and get a "new patio". I think the decision to not apply the 10% discount makes this patio a total write off and the discount is within the discretion of the manager. The membership as a whole will carry the loss.
I would recommend them most of the time but with this mass hysteria going on it’s ridiculous!!!
