Pull up, push the button and they request for us to do a 15 min wait. Absolutely not! You are a fast food place and should operate accordingly. Also half the screens in the stalls are broken at any sonic.

Online order. Was kind of a large order. She put a chili cheese dog on another item which was wrong causing the cheese to stick to the top. The wrong order was chili cheese tots. I only got cheese which again was stuck to the top of the wrapper.

On 11/8/24, I placed a mobile order for a bacon breakfast burrito and salsa at 8:04 AM. Arrived at location at 8:15-8:20 and 2 employees (maybe the only 2) were sitting outside on the patio. They went in and got busy. I checked in and waited almost 10 minutes for my order. Then found that they did not include the salsa. I was late to work.

Took 47 min to get our order the pickle fries take an additional 15 min..then our order was missing part of one of my kids meals. So we had to wait longer for her tots.

Absolutely terrible food, my rainbow slush looked as if it was all shaken up and nearly melted, and I didn't even eat my double cheeseburger since it looked really off.

Trying to order and the person was loud wouldn’t give us time to place our order, and wouldn’t listen. When we got our order, it was not as ordered. My wife’s burger was drowned in mayo and mustard when she ordered just mustard. Sloppy dripping wet burger. My burger was received with tomato when ordered without. Worst food ever ordered at Sonic.
The person taking the order needs to learn how to listen and then read the order back to the customer. We will NEVER return to this Sonic. We will NOT recommend this Sonic.

I used to laugh at people whenever they would write "If I could give you zero stars I would" in their reviews...well, this location is the worst I ever been in Texas in the last 24 years and that should tell you just how horrible our experience was...I feel cheated, robbed....what a waste of money...I could've spend those $50 dls somewhere else...I advice anyone reading this, to avoid this place AT ALL COST!!!...all our drinks were just ice water!!...all the burgers were cold AND OLD!!!...the cheese in all the burgers was already hard and solidified!!...the burger buns looked toasted on one side but both sides were cold!!!...the lettuce was dark and mushy!!!....the meat was cold and old...the bacon strips had solidified fat from being old and cold...it felt like they had someone cancelled a big order and they used those burgers or meats to make ours without even toasting our bread!!!...the only actual fresh product we got was the potato tots!!!...if management is reading this review and you actually care about doing your job and care about your customers, check the cameras in the kitchen!!!...either they recycle an order or your your crew cooked burgers ahead of time to leave on time before the shift switch.....the car hop lady was ok but I can't believe they don't know the kitchen crew is giving them horrible food!!!..I was there today at 1:42pm

I would love for someone to explain this to me: I ordered a large root beer ahead of time and didn’t check in until nearly 5 minutes after placing the order. When I checked in, I was the only customer there, with two employees visible inside. Despite this, I ended up waiting another 15 minutes for a single soda. There wasn’t anyone at the drive-thru at any point, either. When the young lady finally brought out my drink, she looked as if someone had ruined her day. Her customer service skills matched her speed of delivery—my greeting was simply, ‘Root beer here.
