Food was as expected from Sonic. Good (but greasy) burgers. Tots & fries were hot & crispy.

Order taker seemed to be having a bad day. was rather short & didn’t seem to respond well when I pointed out an error on the order/screen twice. (I asked for no veggies on a burger & he rang up no bacon…???)

When the burger came out without bacon, I let the car hop know & told him about the tone & interaction. The car hop mentioned he could hear my original interaction/order conversation & said they’d make it right.

The order taker did come out & apologize & they remade the burger.

Owning mistakes & making things right took this from a 1 star to a 4 star review.

We all have bad days, but customer service is what makes/keeps customers coming back!

Were out of cheddar peppers, replaced with onions rings that were over cooked. Out of footlong Coney buns. Very stingy on cheese on Coney. Only had one waitress on duty. Didn't advise of being out of cheddar peppers until about 10 minutes after making order.

I stopped by and ordered food for my family as we were going to the water park. Man taking orders was hard to understand and very rushful with taking my order. The carhop (not sure of the name but It did start with an A) I believe Alanna brought me my food, as she approached my vehicle a smell arose I couldn't tell if it was my food or her it made me sick to stomach... I believe hygiene is a big factor at the store as well as service.

Ordered food through DoorDash and this store called me at 9pm on 4/6/25 and the girl that called me was very rude corporate you can contact DoorDash the call was recorded beyond the worst service ever

Thank you to the dude with the glasses and black shorts who gave me my mozz sticks and remembered marianara sauce and a mint ! :) thank you! I usually have to remind someone to bring Marinara sauce and I dont think ive ever been given a mint b4!

Food was great

The food is fine and the staff is nice (though sometimes they seem overwhelmed) but the place is run down, and the screens haven't been working too well. Service is slow, and my guess is it's because of the equipment among some other things.

A lot of these problems are reflected in the same location further south on the 26, though this one is better. I'm guessing it's a situation with corporate or maybe the franchisee not supporting them properly.

I've been coming to these for fundraisers, but once I'm done with my coupons, I don't think I'll frequent these ones here anymore.

I visited this sonic the other day to order a quick bite to eat and I paid with cash. The girl who brought out my food simply took the money and said “thanks, have a nice day” and went inside. She never counted the money or gave me any change that I was requiring but as she wasn’t wearing a change belt I figured perhaps she had to go get the change from inside. I waited for a few minutes but she never did return with my change. It wasn’t a ton of change I was needing back and I had somewhere to be so I ended up having to leave without receiving it. If you choose to come here and pay with cash, definitely let them know you will need change before handing them your money.
