I ordered a medium cheese stick and half of them were empty? No cheese at all.

Pulled up last night to try a smash burger, no pickles. No one was there. I even thought the place might be closed. Waited a few minutes for the food, thinking that they were making my order fresh.

Until I got home, no more than 5 minutes away, and realized I was waiting for the hot, fresh tots. I guess he pulled the pickles off the lukewarm burgers I brought home. The fast food joints around this area SUCK. This was my first visit to this Sonic, and I hoped the experience would be decent.

I guess it's difficult to find a decent staff. The girl who took my order was fine. She was cleaning and keeping busy. The cook, well... Isn't he responsible for the food that goes out?

Do NOT visit this location... unless you want subpar food. Look at this pathetic grilled cheese with 1 piece of NOT MELTED cheese and broken chunks of burnt bacon. I couldn't even eat the one side because it tasted awful too. The cheese on my boyfriends burger isn't even melted. What are yall doing when you can't even serve melted cheese after 10 minutes of waiting on a hot item that wasn't even hot.

AVOID this location. 🤮🤮 I'd give it zero stars if I could. This place was disgusting.

Stopped in for two drinks and waited for employees to finally make it to the drink station... Not too big of a deal..
What is a big deal though is the large piece of whatever is in my cup!
I finished the drink and took the lid off to eat the ice and was greeted with a chunk of something..
Never stopping at this place again..
How do you even get a chunk of something in a cup of ice water?
Did it come from the drink machine?
I hope I don't get sick ?

Was asked to park to wait for fresh chicken strips and got only 4 out of 5 strips (2 were more like nuggets than strips) and they were cold and tough

This location takes forever. Every time I come (multiple times throughout the week) it takes over 10 minutes to get a large fountain drink
