Sonic Drive-In

I went today for a combo and some other items. The person taking order asked if it looked correct on the screen and I replied yes. When I received the order over 10min later I only had a burger and the side I ordered. When I said I ordered a combo they argued saying I didn’t. The person taking the order then said that I changed mind when I ordered the side…Huh! So I say I will pay the difference I’m told not to worry about it. About 4 mins later they come out with just the drink. I then ask about the fries and they act as if they helped me out by giving me a “free” drink as they stated “we gave this to you free” I replied that I’m not here for free food. I ask for a refund and see the manager talking with the employees and comes out and ask if I want a refund receipt which he had in his hand. Of course I want my receipt, and when I start to explain what happened he walks off. I say this is why the service here is bad and he goes off. He was not interested in hearing why someone would return the entire order versus take what they have paid for. This location was closed not too long ago and was not a good location to visit then and still is not a good location. Nothing has changed since they opened back up. The manager then gets into a pissing match about me wanting to talk to him about the service I received and tells me to go on and have a good day. He wasn’t interested in what he could do to make his staff better. He is not listening just as his employees are not listening. Makes sense why the reviews for this location or so low. I hope management understands this was a matter of principle, I cannot support businesses that just don’t care about the customer. All in all I was there close to 20min and didn’t even get a bite to eat.

The food is normal sonic good but I would not recommend this location as the manager messed up my order twice. First switching it with another order and then forgetting half the order when I got it 10 minutes later. I waited for half an hour to get a simple grilled cheese and burger I wish I would have cooked at home. Just poor management, always sad to see:/

I am pissed. I ordered a garlic butter bacon cheeseburger. I'm eating while driving, because you only get so much time on a lunch break, and as I get to the center bite I got a glob of butter and all the melted butter, about 1/4 cup kid you not, poured out all over my console, myself, and my cloth seat. When it said butter, I thought lightly toasted with butter, no one wants a clump or cup of that much. Wouldn't it have been common sense that a hot burger would melt that and turn into a mess and make the bread soggy. It doesn't take a degree to have common sense...this shit will never come out.... I tried to call in my complaint but no one these days knows how to answer a phone.

Update: less than an hour after eating, I have been sick ? ?

Of course, like everywhere else, Sonics portions are getting smaller& the prices are higher, BUT if youre going to go to Sonic, this is the ONLY 1 that I recommend around this area

Food is good, as are all Sonics. However their service is slower than I've ever seen. Should never take over 10 minutes to make a large cherry Limeade.

This is my go to Sonic but after yesterday, I am giving another thought. They were very busy and not enough help. One young lady only getting food out . I waited over 20 minutes for a drink and pickle fries. When the y were delivered they were cold, greasy, not fit to eat. Server asked if I wanted a remake but was not waiting for another 20 minutes. Yuk!!

Parking: This was not a good day as several people complained or left. We’re not answering when called. disorganized and cannot multitask or you need more people. Not enough crew members!!

Horrible customer service at this location!

98°F at 10 pm... All we wanted were some Rt.44 drinks to get us home to N. Keller (air-conditioner in our car wasn't doing its job ). Cherry?Coke for me and Diet Dr. Pepper for hubby. No Cherry? in my Coke and too much carbonated water in hubby's DP. Yeah, they were cold and quenched our thirst somewhat, but we were disappointed because we didn't get what we were looking forward to.

We just got cheese sticks on this visit with a Chicken strip meal. Food was good said the kids that
Ate them. I have never been to this location, it's in a nice area.

Ordered large fry and it came to me overcooked and hard. Will not order from this location again. Card readers don't work on many of the pull-up menus.

Oreo chocolate milkshakes are supposed to come with oreos , i wouldn’t care if it was dirt cheap but lorddd cmon ?
