You’d think if I payed $7 for a coffee they would actually give me a venti filled all the way, or is that the gimmick?My hot coffee this morning is about 3 inches under filled with about an inch of whipped cream. I might as well go back to Dutch bros

I'm a man that loves coffee, I drink it all the time, and I love some of the flavors that Starbucks has to offer. I go every week, I order a venti drink, but every time I order a venti drink with no foam, they NEVER fill the cup size I pay for. Don't waste your money and efforts in ordering a venti size cup when you get a grande filled order. Tired of this crap!! I hate this location.

They seem to have gotten new baristas since recently reopening. I've gone by 4 times to get the ice pumpkin chai and all 4 times there's so little pumpkin foam, by the time I get home it's disintegrated.When I was visiting the surrounding once before that I never had this issue. I also got 1 from Addison, brought it all the way back over here, had it later that day and the foam was still perfect and stiff. So what gives ?
