Lilliana always provides a wonderful experience and has always taken her time to ensure our orders are perfect! We’ve gone from going to the Starbucks in the parking lot to the one inside of Target due to her service! Can’t say enough about how much we love this place!

I ordered a black cold brew and a frozen strawberry lemonade and got a sweetened cold brew and an iced strawberry açai. Not the first time a simple order has been messed up at this location.Don’t get drinks here.

Store falls apart when manager not there. People listening to headphones while working cannot hear customers or other employees. It is embarrassing how many employees it takes to provide bad service…This store used to be the best in the area.

I was told today to not come back because I was too friendly and talked to much to the employees.SERIOUSLY!Hey manager - it takes less than 30 seconds to hand me my black coffee and banana nut loaf. If I take a moment and say something to the employee and they are offended by my kindness, maybe the problem is your employee.Maybe you should hire someone who isn't a "snowflake"!In today's economy, telling a paying customer to not come back makes not sense! But its ok - I made friends with the manager across the street at Dutch Bros. My goal is to help them close your store!They told me to come by anytime. Great people - better coffee!

I had not only awkward but also an unpleasant experience this morning due to behavior of the manager. Staff was great. Had a small talk with the sweet lady who took my order (about customizing Starbucks drinks). Store was nearly empty and had one customer (sitting already served) and a few cars in the drive through. Came in on May 18th late afternoon only to last minute decide I didn’t want Starbucks anymore because the Barista wasn’t wearing a mask during a pandemic. That is unsanitary and unprofessional and frankly, unbelievable that someone in the food service wouldn’t be wearing a mask.
