Asked for only 1 pump of syrup rather than the normal 3 that comes in the drink. Manager insisted it was an UPCHARGE to have LESS syrup in the drink because they "didn't have a button for that".

This store has spoiled me rotten. I can’t go to any other Starbucks and be as happy with the service as I am with this one. I thought my day was going to be ruined when my favorite cup broke due to my own accident at work, but they came in clutch and carried the cup, that I highly value. On top of that, the workers are always extremely sweet and kind, and I absolutely adore each and ever one of them.
There’s an older lady may be in her 40s that has my heart. I genuinely do not think my mornings would be as well office. They are without her.
I am in cosmetology school. She gives me a little peptalk‘s every once in a while because I have an hour drive and sometimes I just cannot stand it, but she tears me up and cheers me on
Please give this woman a raise!!!!!!
They always come in clutch when I’m super picky about my drink.
