This Starbucks is the worst found a hair inside of my drink contacted customer service no one is helpful they make you go through all these steps and send emails with photos of everything and still didn’t issue me a refund. For a major company and expensive drinks they do not make their customer service process easy whatsoever! Will not be going back to Starbucks

I just moved to the neighborhood and am a daily Starbucks customer. The Starbucks by my previous address was so fast and friendly they created a daily customer out of me. I’ve been coming here for a week now and got told to please give them more time before I show up for my mobile order. I order when I leave my driveway and wait in line everytime behind other cars so not sure the issue. I’ve never complained about waiting. Well you lost my business.

Absolute horrible experience for a Starbucks, if someone is allowed to enter the modifications on the app then it should make sense for how many ounces you are giving them to what they are paying for! Very passive aggressive shift lead it doesn’t affect your pay check!!!!! filling up the drink that the customer paid $8+ for to make a returning customer makes the company more money which in turn would make them want to pay you more… it was not a gouging complicated order especially for what the secret menu does to a drink order so I will now only go to the one by my house.

The chairs are overly uncomfortable. There’s no where here to comfortably work. Ive tried everywhere it’s like each seat it more uncomfortable. I don’t begin to understand how you can design it like that. I hope a remodel comes soon. People are ok, food is ok. Starbucks is Starbucks it’s the same everywhere I’m just worried about this layout.

Almost every time I come to this location my order is incorrect. Today I ordered a grande and received a venti. I didn’t want to pay for a venti. The drinks never taste good. The milk is always taste burnt.
