I wanted to share my recent experience at your location, and unfortunately, it was very disappointing. I walked into the restaurant around 2 PM — it wasn’t busy at all, with only one customer dining — but I was not greeted or acknowledged in any way.

There were two employees present, an older gentleman and another older man, yet neither said a word or even looked my way as I stood at the counter. I felt completely ignored, as if I wasn’t even there.

This lack of basic courtesy and customer service left me irritated and frustrated. I expected a more welcoming experience, especially in an environment that wasn’t busy.

Due to this experience, I’ve decided that I will not return to this store.

Subway Restaurant is distinguished by its cleanliness and organization. It offers good food with fresh vegetables. The staff work hard to serve customers, and the prices are affordable—very cheap compared to other restaurants. A pleasant experience, and I recommend it.

The sandwich is about as bad as you could imagine. Fake tasting bread, salty, poor quality meats, little pieces of cheese-like product, and produce most likely grown in a lab. Put it all together so it stays fresh for a month while they ship it around the country in trucks and then you have a Subway sandwich. Terrible quality. Terrible sandwich. What else can I say? Oh yeah, it is 15 bucks for a terrible sandwich. Not sure how they are still in business but I hope they go out of business soon.

The older lady in there with the bird nose absolutely sucks, she can't even fully cut a sandwich or put the ingredients in without making a mess of it. The guy with the long hair is amazing though.

Employees don’t know anything about the app, and can’t help with anything involving coupons. Food is good, but the workers suck customer service.

They got rid of the spicy Italian. That's the only thing I ever ordered from Subway. Looks like I'm done with Subway. Customer lost!
