I took the time to write out exactly what I wanted to order and presented it to the sandwich artist, since I am non-verbal and cannot speak. He didn't read it all at once, and not only had to ask multiple other questions that could have been answered by my written order, he also did not question anything when I inquired about why does the multigrain bread look the usual size when I asked for mini multigrain bread, and did not understand what the problem was when I questioned it again as he rang me up. I do not know if my order is accurate as a result. This is a problem, as I'm on a diet and need to accurately be able to judge what is in my food, since I am actively tracking it.

The worst location I have ever been too. My bf asked what type a certain protein server didnt even know. Then proceeded to load the sand which with chipotle sauce. Didn’t cut our sandwiches thoroughly either.

Ordered spicy Italian toasted. Bread was burnt and rubbery. Called to complain and was told toaster is not working properly and nothing they could do. I was advised to go online and submit complaint. Needless to say, first and last visit to MidCities location

The lady serving last Sunday was friendly but since I never go to Subway, I took a longer time trying to decide what I wanted and she became a lot less friendly. She definitely was not a true customer service professional. the food was ok. I did ask for it to be toasted but I couldn't even tell except for the fact it wasn't cold. How does Subway even stày in business???

Tried the mobile app this is a joke tried to order a pickup order the app wanted me to enter a credit card number I wanted to pay cash when I picked up the order no deal according to store manager so I guess they don't want my business I deleted the app out of my phone never again will I step foot in a
