Terrible experience. Just ordered a sandwich on the application and would not allow me to change the topping. She was a real jerk!! I’ve done this before at other subways!! Wish I could give a zero!!!

Picked up a few things from Walmart and it began storming badly as I began to leave. I stepped into the Subway to kill a few minutes for the rain to slow. I considered ordering a sandwich until I came across a rude bearded individual behind the counter. He was so difficult to work with, I had to question if I really could trust him to prepare my food. The poor interaction caused me to lose desire to spend any money there…and my hunger. I’m not a big sandwich guy anyway because the bread is such a poor choice for health. I suppose that will remain. Out of curiosity, I wonder how much money this guy runs off for this franchise owner…

Ordered a meatball sub and added pepperoni ,the cashier up charged me for a specialty sub which I did not order and then automatically applied a tip to the bill so I was overcharged by almost 50%. Had I not taken the receipt I would not have seen it.

Never open on time. The guy working there 6-1-24 morning looked dirty. Shouldn’t be there and zero attitude but I’m not going back to that subway

We ordered online at this Subway On May 5/4/2024 at 7:56pm . We ordered the cold cut double, and we were charged for the meats and they didn't put it on our sandwiches. I called them 3 times no one picked up. U can't leave a message because the voice box is full. Their is no number to call the corporate office. The person that makes your food should be held responsible and the manger as well.

Cassie was on point! I was having an episode with my sugar levels dropping. I tried to use the deli in Walmart, but with two people in there, no one would acknowledge me. I went into Subway inside the same store, and she immediately came to help, as she was making my food she got me a cookie to help with my glucose levels, and as I struggled to communicate with her she got everything ? right! Thank you for going above and beyond ❤️ The food was delicious and fresh and the fountain drinks were mixed perfectly.

Manager Casey subway store number 39413-0 was very rude. We placed an online order and could not add veggi patty as there is no option. We went to the store and asked if they could added it to the sandwich and we will pay the difference.He was not willing to do anything even though we wanted to pay for the veggie patty and could not buy it separately.Very rude and bad service.Don’t know why they hire such people who are not willing to and know how to deal with customers.Would never go there. He made the sandwich so horrible.It is sad we had to face such bad services. Even the other lady working said he is so mean and being rude to us. We thought he was racist towards us.So upset and my son was upset. Subway promotes online orders but what’s the use when you do t get what you want.?

A girl named Kayla was working at the time we came in, she had a very bad attitude and the service was beyond slow, Kayla was walking at the speed of a snail. She couldn't figure out how to use my gift card so I couldn't use it.

First being greeted with a grunt after you have to yell to get someone’s attention is not usual. Bad start. Asked for flatbread and guy gets it out and starts the sandwich begrudgingly. I look at the lettuce and see it’s got a lot of brown in it so I ask if he has more. He says “that’s it” so I chose nothing. Maybe they ran out of lettuce but tact was absent from his vocabulary. Unfortunate.

Rude server. Skimped on the meats, like 6 pieces of meat total for the #11, said something rude under his breath when I told him what my sandwich had on it. He never looked up at me and left me once he rang me up. I had to take my own receipt from the machine. Seriously bad attitude. I'm never coming back here again. I'm just hoping I don't get sick from eating the sandwich I paid 11 bucks for.
OMG when I tell you the best sandwich artist is SHAUN!!! I should have taken a picture. I went to a prior subway near my house and won’t go there again but SHAUN can make a sandwich and believe me I will looking for SHAUN. THANKS for a great meal!
