Refreshing dessert.

We were here on a Wednesday afternoon at 1:30 p.m. It wasn't very busy at all, but it was normal. The place was clean, with a few different flavors to choose from and a nice toppings bar. Customer service was average to low, but that didn't really matter.

Good for what it is, could use more discipline in keeping it clean. There's times the table are dirty or sticky.

Came in with my family, no one greet us. All the tables are dirty, all the trash cans overflowing with trash, floors covered in trash. The bar wasn’t stocked with candy and it was all dirty. The two girls in the counter would rather be on their phones and bejeweling a toy instead of helping their customers. So disappointing

Very very disappointing!! I will not return ! First of all the place was filthy. Tables dirty , trash was overflowing and the topping bar had food all over the place. Two girls working who were both very rude. Didn’t speak or acknowledge us and saw me just standing there waiting for her to say something. She was do some rock art at the counter in a chair . I finally said something and she picks her phone to text. Then she finally acknowledges us. Once I paid she continued with her little snarky attitude. Then told the other girl to take care of the counter so she could get back on her phone. I’m sorry but that is not how you serve customers. You can forget us ever coming back here. Get some employees who give a damn ! And clean up the filthy place! I’m so mad I can’t see straight right now!

Overall it’s ice cream. The store has been around for a while. When I was there with my wife that store was dirty. Both employees did not greet us when we walked in and they were sitting the whole time and the other employee never said a word and was watching YouTube videos the entire time. Even so at one point I saw one of the employees lying down with their head on the counter. Doubt will ever go again.

First time at this location on 1/30/25 @7:57 PM. Wasn't greeted, and the place was filthy. Only decided to still get something because my daughter was really wanting to try it out. The topping selections was very low and again so messy. When checking out the girl didn't say much to me ( she was talking more to her friend that was sitting behind the counter with her). She did the weight thing and showed me the screen- again saying nothing with the tip screen on. I gladly left no tip due to the poor interaction and well we self served ourselves. When the receipt printed she just looked at me and pointed at it for me to grab my own receipt. This was a total uncomfortable experience. I can say the froyo was still good at least.
