I actually really love coming to this Taco Bell. The staff is a bunch of young kids, but they are kind compared to other fast food places. They also always make sure that they hear my order Correctly And I appreciate that.

The new way to order is the worst thing and I can not get the food the way I have ordered it in the past. Food was very grease, no cheese and no taste. Not worth 12 bucks

So I just left about an hour ago. I tried the new steak fries. Mind you the price at 3.49 on the board but they charged 5.49 plus tax. Then had the audacity to give me some cold ass food. Please school your employees they are supposed to have hold time on all food. Had to throw the shit away.

Would be a shame to ensure the items that were ordered as "no lettuce" actually had no lettuce. Must be just too hard. I know that particular task is one of the more challenging as a Taco Bell employee. Must be be so difficult to get a late night order correct, right?
Absolutely absurd. If you're incapable of not placing lettuce on a taco, you need to seriously consider whether your genes need to continue to be available to the population at large.

Roaches. Not just in the building, but IN THE FOOD! My girlfriend bought food from here 2 weeks ago. FOUR roaches came out of the bag as soon as she opened it at home, and they scurried and hid. Now I have roaches in my home. On top of that, there was a dead roach ENCRUSTED ONTO THE CINNAMON TWISTS!! Unacceptable. Never eating here again.

The food was absolutely terrible. Whoever made the food definitely doesn't care about the quality of the food they are serving. On the other hand, the female running the window was very polite. She is the reason I gave the 2 stars.
