Its not even the fact that they got my order wrong.I just wanted extra steak and they charged me 16.99 for the steak itsself when the hibachi is 17.99 or less. I told the waiter that I dont want the onion soup since it doesn't taste normal she said "Well I can't taste it" I never implied for you to taste clearly I dont want it at all. Take it awayThey kept having alot of issues from normal service were even the guy said "This is why I dont like working late shifts".I brought my family in from out of town bragging that the food is the best when all I got was overcharged and sas.

So this is hands down the best place in the area for what it is. An AYCE non-buffet that serves up izakaya appetizers, hibachi dinner, along with sushi and sashimi. Everything was really tasty, the fish was incredibly fresh, and the atmosphere is airy and very Japanese. The only suggestion I have is to up the cocktail game a little, and offer a few more desserts. Mochi would have capped this meal perfectly.

The sign reads Japan House all you can eat. I was worried that it was going to be a typical sushi buffet. I was wrong. The food was made fresh to order and was delicious. The staff is always friendly! What a great selection on the menu, you can find something for every one on it.It's not a typical buffet where you get up yourself and grab it. You order up to five dishes per person, and it's delivered to you by their amazing staff, or even their fun robot!

For what it's worth, this restaurant name is incorrect. The restaurant located at this address is called Japan House, and it is wonderful. All of the food that I've tried here has been very good. The hot sake is awesome as well.

I meant to review some time ago and forgot,, but I remember my experience. Love the outside. The inside is nice. It had low lighting. There aren't a lot of hibachi tables like you'd find at most places. But the food was still fantastic. It was cooked elsewhere and brought to us in our booth. Super friendly staff. Will go back.

i have no words! i tried this restaurant when i first came to ft. worth, texas, and i’ve probably had it every week! the food is so amazing, and very reasonably priced. i was so glad to find a place that has such a wide variety of genuine Japanese cuisine. my boyfriend is allergic to shellfish, and the fact he can eat here too because they have so many options for him is great. i love this restaurant so much— if you’re ordering on uber eats, let them know it’s your first time, and you might get a cute little cartoon on your signature takara sushi roll! i’m literally just about to order. \ (•◡•) / (◍•ᴗ•◍)♡

This restaurant has reopened on Basswood and I35. Food was bland, poorly seasoned, vegetables were cold, fried rice awful! Would not go there again! On a scale of 1-5 I would give them a "0" if I could!
Love the sushi, the great welcoming staff. I have eaten here several times before the pandemic, always had a great experience. Today I ordered some shrimp fried rice through a food delivery service, it was bland and really had way to much oil on the rice. I will stick to their sushi. I Will be so glad when they open back up for dine in.

I love this restaurant, super professional and polite. I would bring my friends and family every other weekend, and the love the food as well. I’ve been ordering take out lately since the covid but hopefully they open soon so I can seat at the bar and drink with my friends. Great atmosphere!
