I don't get all of the poor reviews. I eat here all the time and the wings are always fantastic. The service is always pretty good. Occasionally, there's some employees that are not super friendly, but the managers have all been fantastic. This is my go to wing place in the area

The wings are good and where fresh. However, I walked in and all 5 employees where standing in the back carrying on. After standing there a minute one employee saw me. All the others continued to yell and carry on about whatever crap they where doing. Which is fine. They're young it was harmless. One young man decided it was a good idea to vape. Inside next to food. That is where I have an issue. It might not be cigarettes but it's still "smoke" coming out of your mouth into the air on the food.

Decent lunch here with the family. Main complaint is it took forever and a day to get our food out to us. It seems they were understaffed because there was only 2 people working.

Wings are pretty good but they need to train their employees on how to properly wear a mask. Having the nose and part of the mouth exposed kind of defeats the purpose of the mask. Hate to complain but it's important we feel safe that restaurants are taking proper precautions to keep us all safe.

Went in on a Saturday afternoon, the customer service was great being that it was Saturday and they seemed busy. I waited for my order in my car, about 15 min and as soon as I was about to get out my car, the cashier was waiting for me at the door ready to give me my order. Very thoughtful, never expected that. Wings tasted great like always. Gotta love WS

If I could give this location zero stars, I would. Have been here 3 times and all 3 times the order hasn't been ready on time and 2 of the times, the order was incorrect. We decided to give it one last try this evening. Big mistake. No customers in the place and I arrived 5 minutes later than when it was supposed to be ready. It wasn't. And they were scrambling like they were busy. 3 back there in the kitchen and none of them looked the least bit interested in being there. My kids were starving when we got the order home. They made a comment to me about the boneless wings not tasting like normal and being of funny texture. Kids like the boneless while the wife and I like bone in. Well, we ate at around 7:30 and here we sit at 11:50 having cleaned up endless amounts of sickness by all 3 kids tonight. They all got sick at almost the exact same times and continue to be as I type this. We will never eat at this location again. It's poorly run and now we're experiencing the effects of what I believe was undercooked chicken. Enter at your own risk!

Ordered online for an 1130 pick up arrived five minutes early didn't get my order til 1215. This is unprofessional. I get running a couple minutes behind but 45 minutes is unexceptionable. There were over 10 people all experiencing the same thing. This defeats the "order a head" feature. I will be taking my business to another location from now on.

This location always seems to forget food. Always triple check your bag before you leave. We were offered 2 extra wings for the inconvenience (husband got all the way home and noticed tenders missing). It’s also really hard to reach them on the phone.
