If there’s less than one star I definitely will put one star, I had a terrible experience at this Whataburger’s location earlier today. First off, the staff were incredibly short, only one person taking and preparing orders. I went through drive through, took to long to receive my honey butter chicken biscuit with coffee, they out of coffee, out of coffee cup lid, which he provided me with straw, coffee was tasted terrible like a hot water with a little of coffee, requested to have cream and sugar with it and was none, which makes me turn back after leaving and stood at the counter for over five minutes without anyone acknowledging me till the only person in the front noticed that I’m standing there and I left my coffee cup with him at his register desk. The chicken biscuit was uncooked properly. Definitely not coming back to this location anytime soon. And will never recommend it. Disappointing service and poorly made food.

Tina and Brandon should both be fired. No sense of professionalism if there is a problem go above them straight to corporate. They won’t help you.

Check your bag before you drive away. They forgot an entire meal I called they refuse to back their business or give me any information about how to get a refund.

What would you tell someone from out of town?! Too bad sucker, got ya!!

My kids got their food so you’re lucky I’m only complaining for leaving my meal out. I’ll go without before they will.

I didn’t know the business practices were so shady.
I asked for a refund they refuse. No manager on duty. Brandon says he is this store manager and that he cannot refund any orders. He’s the one who shorted my order.

I’m asking for a refund for food I didn’t receive and got treated like this, I’ll never come back to this location and I will blast on everything.

I would not recommend ordering from or visiting this location, particularly between 4:30 AM and 5:30 AM. I have visited five times within the past 30 days. Yes you read that correctly, I provided them with four additional opportunities following the initial unsatisfactory experience. On the first two occasions, I walked in the lobby and placed my order in person. On both visits, it took well over twenty minutes to receive my food. A simple Breakfast Burger combo meal for one. This was not a large order, and during both instances, I was the only customer ordering in the lobby, with perhaps a few individuals utilizing the drive-through. I understand that the staff works the overnight shift, though they have chosen this schedule. Attempting to give them an opportunity to get it right, on three subsequent visits, I placed my orders in advance through the app. Not once was the food prepared when I arrived. On the most recent occasion, I ordered approximately one hour ahead of time, specifying the desired pickup time. Upon my arrival, the food was still not ready. I then waited and ultimately received my meal 23 minutes after the scheduled pickup time indicated in the app.
I am aware of a nearby sit-down restaurant where I could receive my food more quickly at this time of day.

Parking: Easy parking at this location.

Kid-friendliness: Always great for kids. Except maybe after midnight with the drunk crowd 🤣

20 minutes for some food is crazy!!! My food was cold and the lady that was walking out the food took my order and told me to park and forgot about me I had to walk inside 2 times just for them to give me my food cold never again!

Worst whataburger I've been to.. burger was as cold as if I got it out of last night's fridge. Onion rings very brown as if they never change the pan oil. NEVER GOING
