I have now bought from here twice as I am not a resident of the city, and every time the drive-through wait is soo long 😑. Their onion rings are the only thing that keeps me coming back.

Not what it once was overall, quality has gone down and quantity+price of food per meal means you're paying twice what you were 4 years ago. I can accept raising prices but being left hungry after a $14 meal for someone who doesn't eat alot is wild. Also waited over 20 minutes for my curbside delivery last visit while being the only curbside customer at the time, unacceptable for a single burger meal watching 10 cars come and go through their notoriously slow drive through before being served when I placed order before showing up, needless to say the food was cold and not worth it. Hate to say it but they make McDonald's look pretty good value wise. 3 stars instead of 2 only because open 24hrs and honey butter chicken biscuits exist

Had big pieces of peppers, etc.
The location in Bedford 183 access road needs to follow suit on today's quality 🙂

Nothing fast here. Food quality remains high, but time through put has devlined over the years here.

I’ve been sitting in the drive through 15 minutes since ordering and the only time it moved is when someone got out of line tired of waiting.

Tried the Monterey Melt the other day. It did NOT disappoint!! Absolutely delicious!! Can't speak about inside atmosphere but, Kristi R, at the take-out window, was a ray of sunshine. I'd had a difficult morning, and my interaction with her brightened the rest of my day.

I went through drive- thru on a Friday night. Ordered a Whataburger Jr, #2 combo with fries and drink and 2 apple pies. Didn't receive apple pies and food was ICE COLD. I don't know what has happened to Whataburger but they USED to take pride in their service and the food was hot and fresh. NOT ANY MORE. Sorry Whataburger, you just lost a long time customer. I'm sick and tired of paying good money for BAD food!! Will go elsewhere from now on!
