Great local wingstop, only issue is the wait time. It can get pretty busy on the weekends, and can have you waiting up to 45 mins. And because of that the tables can be neglected and dirty.

Got garlic parmesan wings, they were pretty bad. Fries were under cooked and soggy with little to no seasoning, asked for extra. Waste don't waste your money on this wing stop.

Placed an order through grubhub. wings and fries. could not even eat either one, because the seasoning on both was excessive and so salty. I called the restaurant, and they argued with me that is their normal seasoning, which I know that is not true. Because I have ordered there before.And the food was great.

Management doesn't care, refund, or replace orders. Due to miscommunication I was in the shop for 30 minutes waiting for my order when it was ready the entire time. I figured it would've still been okay but it was completely cold when I got home. I have the receipt, but the manager said she couldn't do anything. 15$ wasted on cold food

Alright let me just start this off with saying I NEVER complain about my food being messed up or wrong, or even leave a bad review for that matter 💀 especially because I’ve worked in the food industry for 10 years. So I ordered a four piece tender all lemon pepper and Cajun corn on the side. I order this same order all the time, and from this location too. Now I suspected the tenders were going to be a little greasy (as they usually are) but the last few times they have just gotten greasier and greasier…. When I tell y’all these tenders were drowning in grease I’m not even exaggerating 💀 I was afraid of getting high cholesterol, gout, a clogged artery, all of the above 😂 Seriously it was so bad and I took pictures and a video of it just so yall can see how ridiculous it was. So I go in to ask for a refund as nicely as I can while looking like I just rolled my pregnant big back ass out of bed at 11pm. The manager, well I’m assuming the manager, asked me if I wanted it remade and I said no I want a refund. I’m standing there waiting to get my cash back, and two of the other employees are clearly talking about me and giggling/smiling not even five feet away from me. I starred at them back because what about me is so interesting to stare for, and yall should be worried about changing out that nasty dookie caca brown oil that my tenders were cooked in. Needless to say, I was highly disappointed 💀 do better wingstop this is why people prefer pluckers 💀

I visited the store on Rufe Snow in North Richland Hills. The bone in lemon wings was good, but very greasy to the point the bag was saturated with grease. The tea was horrible, and when I reported it, I was told that's just the way it tastes because the sweet and unsweetened was combined in the same container. Customer service was meh. A-I just couldn't get it together when I called in my order, kept glitching. My daughter and I were so hungry that we just dealt with it. I usually patronized the store on Eastchase Pkwy in Ft. Worth. Their A-I is great, the best tea, and the wings are not as greasy. I will say the Cajun corn is great at both places. I won't be returning to the Rufe Snow location.

Worst location using AI for order over the phone. They give u a total online and never matches on pick up. They excuse it with they can’t honor what’s said through their AI but honor what’s ordered by preparing the food. Worst experience so far by tripling the the price that don’t add up.

It's not possible that they'll give me a can of Dr when I pay more than 2 dollars for a machine soda and they didn't give me the ranch for my wings. I didn't come back for the ranch because I was already hungry and my meal was ruined without the ranch. It doesn't taste the same. They should be more careful and they still ask for tips 🧐
