Stopped for a quick bit before a movie. Found out the special was only online. No problem, ordered it online and told the manager I wanted dine-in. He made sure my order got in and in less than 15 minutes it was done. He also recommended the new Mexican street food sauce. it was gooood. Place looked really clean and the saucing station and fry station also looked well kept.

Fantastic shop and Louis and Dave are the real stars. Had a problem with my order and these two guys bent over backwards to make it right. For that they have earned a customer for life. Excellent customer service is so hard to find these days so when I find it I will stick with that company like glue. Sadly most companies out there have forgotten how to retain customers but I Dave and Louis really know what they are doing. Can't recommend this store enough!

Absolutely disgusting. Ordered 14 chicken tenders with fries which is almost 50 dollars. The chicken tenders were scraps of breading the size of half my finger. Service was also really bad, telling us they cannot do anything about the poor quality food. Will never order again. Horrible oily food, and horrible service.

3 consecutive orders have been missing wings. Twice through uber eats and now once through in store pick up. I won’t be returning to this location. I love wingstop but it ruins your dinner when you are short food for a family of 4.

I ordered online and knowing that this store is slow in general. I showed up 50 minutes after I ordered online only to find out that they had not even started my order. I asked the manager if I could cancel my order and he said yes and walked away. He did not have my name, confirmation number, or any other identification. I asked him again if there was a wait to cancel my order and he said he would do it at the end of the night, once again not having any of my information. He said he would not spend 10 minutes to cancel my order because he was busy working on other orders. After that he completely ignored me.

Food is always really good. Nice and fresh. However, I went inside to pickup my order. When I walked in, the manager's asscrack was hanging out plain as day. Again the food was great, just hope it wasn't him handling my food lol. Maybe he was having a rough day? Anyways, he was super nice.
Pickup my order an hour late, my fries were cold and not crispy. The manager john was super nice and offered complimentary fries. This is what I called GREAT CUSTOMER SERVCES. I truly appreciate john and his team assist us. Very happy and will come back more. The kids love the wings and fried
The manager took my order, couldn’t even get the sauce correctly. When I brought it to his attention that the sauce on my wings wasn’t the correct one, he stated “yes it is. Would you like me to remake them? It’s just going to be the same sauce though” I’ve had the same order from wing stop all across the United States for over 3 yrs and never once have I had this issue. Absolutely trash food, service, and attitude.
