More often than not our order is messed up, but we’re glutton for punishment and keep ordering until today. On this particular night it was not made per order, and when we took it back to have it remade the employee agreed one box was wrong then stuck his nose in the other box to smell it and said it was correct, which it was not, and refused to remake it. Absolutely disgusting behavior, who would eat food after someone else has put their face in it?Stay away from this wingstop.

Male manager was great on the phone the other day.Female worker/cashier who answers the phone had some attitude. I am sure she deals with crazy customer, but I wasn’t rude to her at all. Her default mode of dealing with customer is rude…Other than that, this store is always clean, food is on time and everyone else working is great.

Ordered ahead online, which I highly recommend for takeout. You’ll be waiting 10-15 minutes if you don’t order ahead.Staff was friendly and courteous. My food was hot, fresh, and prepared perfectly.My favorite place for getting wings.

We couldn't place an online order for delivery and when we tried to call it in they said because we called it had to be picked up. What? Then they proceeded to tell us that they didn't know what the problem was because they've been getting online orders all night. Even the doordash people were complaining. The employees need to just admit they weren't delivering and not blame the customer.

This location has been great! The one closer to home closed down and I always struggle to get my wings cooked well done! They have done it both times since I have starting going there. It’s freezing in there, but I don’t have to work behind the fryers. It has been super clean as well. All around I’m glad to find my new “local” spot!
Wings were missing from our Uber eats order leaving one person with no dinner. The staff seemed to not care at all when I called them about this issue.

Stopped by for some boneless wings and some voodoo loaded fries. Both were fresh and delicious. I got my order to go. The young man who waited on me was very polite and the dining area was clean. No issues on my visit.
