I had mentioned I wanted a really good burger to my son in law while traveling from S Texas to East Texas. He mentioned the office grill. Wr arrived around 2 pm and I had the best burger I’ve ever had. The jalapeno bun wad toasted and the bacon burger was cooked perfectly. I will make this a regular stop on my trips to S Texas.
Staff and food are amazing, and beer selection is good for the size of the bar and grill. They have extra activities on different nights, ie (steak night, crawfish night, and Texas hold'em).
From the outside this looks like your normal small town dove bar, but do not be fooled. The food is not your RuPaul bar food. The burgers are big and so is the flavor. Not from the freezer fish sandwich is a go to!
