I placed pick up order! I was having tea in my order they said they don’t have I told to refund me they didn’t do either than I told to add coke they said we don’t have coke as well! Idk why they don’t refund the money! Then I requested the lady to add side of onion as I am getting free every time since 2 years! She told me to pay for that as well! Worst service!

I ordered food for pickup. They took good time for preparing my food but when i tasted the food it was like trash. The chicken tikka masala was tasting only sour taste no other taste when i called restaurant the person was saying as you ordered mild it wont have any spices. But she did not know that tasting only sour and having mild spices are two different things. \ Its not worth to order from this restaurant. I will never order from here again and wont recommend.

Never mind, good eye opener for us.

Update: spoke with the new management. They acknowledged my concern and confirmed that they took action.
New management took over and they cut the takeout portions by half the quantity. Disappointing. I was a regular customer to this place. Seems the cooks are same, so the taste was the same.

I placed an order via Uber Eats for chicken biryani and specifically mentioned “Do not make it spicy.” However, they did the opposite and made it so spicy that it was inedible. The tandoori chicken had no flavor; it was only salty and also inedible.

To top it off, when I asked for a to-go box, it was handed over without a bag—such a small yet significant detail that speaks volumes about the lack of care.

The tea was unbearably sweet, as though someone mistook it for a dessert.
The saag paneer was utterly disappointing—bland, poorly cooked, and possibly the worst dish I’ve ever had. It felt like no effort went into the preparation or seasoning.
Overall, this was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for good food or decent service.

Very upset with my order. Waited over 30min for my take out order after 2 tables that sat down after I ordered were served before my order. One table was served by exact order. Keerthana was the only one working the front of the restaurant and was behind so there's no reason my order should not have brought out first. Also my order was not correct ordered medium and it was extremely spicy. From the picture you can see that the container wasn't even full so I feelthat I was ripped off. My garlic Naan was cold. This place used to be really good but has dropped off significantly. I should have left without ordering after the bathroom was found to not have soap. How are the employees washing their hands!!?? Food was very overpriced for the quality and quantity I received.
